Comme beaucoup d'hôtels dans le coin, celui-ci semble figé dans le temps et sans aucune volonté de proposer autre chose que le strict minimum en termes de services. Les chambres sont correctes et propres, on ne mange pas très bien mais pas très mal non plus, il y a une piscine. Ça fait le taf, comme on dit, mais les standards hôteliers ont changé ! Et il y a quelques trucs franchement honteux, comme la taille des serviettes que la réception vous donne pour la piscine : tout simplement des serviettes de main (voir photo). Je noterais tout de même la jolie zone autour de la réception, de même que la barmaid extrêmement sympathique (à l'inverse de tout le reste du personnel).

01/06/24----07/06/24. I of a coach party of 28.. The hotel is in a beautiful location but the only access road is challenging. I had a lovely double room on the 7th floor which was cleaned regularly. The staff were pleasant and helpful but obviously not enough staff in the restaurant. Despite having a set time and designated tables for our meals it was sheer chaos. It was buffet style meals but when food ran out it was not replenished. There could be up to 3 coaches at any one time which made mealtimes a free for all. Not a pleasant experience at all. We had a, busy itinerary so I cannot comment on the leisure facilities. I could not recommend this hotel because of the failings of the restaurant.

Lage: Ruhig und schön in den Bergen auf ca. 1300 m gelegen. Toller Blick auf die Berge von der South Richtung aus. Vor und hinter dem Hotel mäßig befahrene Straßen. Zimmer: Saubere Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber urig, verschiedener Kategorien und Blickrichtungen (South, North). Bad sauber, Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Heizung ist in Betrieb, angenehm am Morgen+++wir haben ein kostenfreies Zimmer Upgrade bekommen, vielen Dank. Betten sehr gut. Service: Sehr aufmerksames, kompetentes, hilfsbereites Personal. Auf Allergien (Laktoseintoleranz) wurde reagiert. Vielen Dank. Frühstück und Abendessen, wir hatten Halbpension, sehr gut.

We spent one night in this hotel, the room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Direct access to the balcony with a view of the mountains is a plus. However, there is a downside regarding the evening buffet, the price of which is too high for the choice offered (CHF 35.- per person). In addition, the latter was included in the offer, according to the confirmation email, and not included at the time of the stay. No possibility of choosing an a la carte menu, because there were too few reservations that evening... We still had a very good time in this hotel, with a good breakfast and use of the jacuzzi.
