Schönes Hotel aus Holz, das Dorf ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna bieten einen herrlichen Ausblick. Grosse Auswahl an Getränken an der Bar, allerdings musste man fast immer aktiv auf die Mitarbeiter zugehen. Frühstück sehr gut mit grosser Auswahl.

Splendid hotel, wooden room with mountain style, welcoming, clean and quiet. We had a very good lunch at the restaurant. Very varied breakfast with sweet and savory products. Different types of milk. We also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the mountains. Very kind staff.

The welcome was friendly, but we were surprised to have to pay 10.- per person to have a bathrobe. The jacuzzi looks nice, but we weren't able to use it, having been stormed by a very festive group. The room is very much in the chalet theme, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom is, despite its appearance, dated and the cleanliness left something to be desired with a broken toilet seat, dirt on the floor and hair in the shower. The breakfast is varied and with very good products.

We found the hotel more like a Chez Nous in Leysin, informal, efficient, beautifully decorated and delicious from breakfast to dinner. Between two outings in Leysin, we warmed up by the fire in the living room. Everything about this hotel made us feel relaxed and aware of being somewhere special. The staff is open and competent, while deploying a good dose of Swiss efficiency, but always with a friendly touch. Since it is on top of a mountain, the view was amazing. This time I stayed in Suite 3. The furniture and bed were very cute and there was a balcony, but the only thing that was disappointing was that the toilet and bath smelled bad. I had the ventilation fan on all the time, but the bad smell was very bothersome. There was no kettle or refrigerator in the room, so I couldn't relax because I couldn't drink coffee or tea in the room. Also, the sauna was only available from 4pm to 9pm, so I couldn't use it this time. If I had known before booking, I wouldn't have made the reservation. Also, there was no explanation at check-in, so it seems that breakfast was included, but I didn't eat it and found out later, which was very disappointing. It was a hotel that allowed dogs, but even though I paid the accommodation fee for my dog, there were no services such as dog water bowls or cushions in the room, which are usually found in other hotels. The service was below that of a business hotel, so I was very disappointed.
