Ocean would only go as high as your hips or chest deep, barely waves... flies while eating ... toilet flush was discolored, rust on some bathroom fixtures... hard to find location. However if you need some peace and tranquility, just bring what you need - like extra chips and soda.. My family got the french fries all out of stock for the next two days of our trip. There were only about 12 of us. If I bring 5 more family members, we would be able to empty out their kitchen. When my nephew arrived, they needed to buy some meats outside and have the resort cook for us for 500 since there weren't enough food lol

This place is perfect for family & friends, although i was hesitant to swim because the sand looks like mud but the sunset is amazing 😍 id go back hopefully with more inviting entrance & name and landscape , and reception

We visited this place March 2022. It is remote and secluded, which works for us because we wanted minimum people interaction, but private car is very necessary for getting around as there are no public transpo outside. Out of 19 (i think) rooms, only 8 were occupied on the weekdays we were there. The grounds are nice and the rooms are decent. Beach right in front is not nice to swim in but walk a few hundred meters out into the water and there is a sandbar. Sand here is dark grey but very fine. Water depth is only until the waist even far out from the sand bar. My 5 year old son was able to walk far into the water. The 4 feet deep pool is deeper. Pros and cons: Pros: well maintained and beautifully designed garden grounds, good pool with a kiddie pool, room is decent with cool ac and small ref, staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you out, fine sand at the sandbar, sea water doesn’t become deep, secluded beach and no other resort beside it Cons: bathroom needs major renovation as the fixtures are old, mirror faded, tiled wall corners are brownish/dirty; water pressure weak but never ran out; no place to hang wet clothes; have to ask their staff to buy ice for your own use, resort doesn’t have this as a service; food choices very limited and pricey, better to bring own food and cooking eqpt, but they can cook food bought from outside; cleaning of gazebos need improvement; it seems the kiddie pool has no working filter system as it gets cloudy towards the afternoon, but big pool filter is ok Would gladly recommend this place to friends IF: bathrooms are renovated, water pressure improved and food service is improved.

Had a great time in this quiet uncrowded resort in Batangas. First i thought we were'nt able to push thru with this trip because our S-Pass keeps denied despite of multiple attempts. But all's well that ends well. We were welcomed by Mr. Dennis with warmed smile. We were of course studied the place we will be going (as i always did in all our trips) to avoid disappointments. Since i already knew that the resort is far from the city, we really prepared and buy all the things we needed good for 3 days stay. (so that you wont feel like you're trapped) Mr. Dennis gave us room number 1 and room number 2, the rooms were all neat, clean, with good a/c units, only, room 2 has no kettle provided but that's ok. If you have room reservation, cottage were already free to used, all cottages has garbage in the corner so you have garbage for all your trash. The place is relaxing, with cool air and many good spots for picture takings. The pool is clean, and not crowded, swim as long as you want. However, The beach in the afternoon is not swimmable because of low tide, so swim in the morning,,, you will also enjoy walking along the seashore. They also have mini sandbar in the middle of the seashore where we enjoyed swimming and picture takings. It was clean. They also have restaurant where you can order food but we were'nt able to try it since we have enough food for 3 days. You can bring your own "baon" with a corkage of Php500.00 per room. (Mr. Dennis gave us discount and we just pay 500 corkage fee for the 2 rooms.) You can also grill as they have area for that, so just bring raw meat/seafood. Best if you have cooler for storage for your meats. Overall, we were satisfied. Given the chance, we will go back to this resort, quiet uncrowded, peaceful, calm. A place indeed for relaxation.
