After we checked out, they falsely accused us of damaging the stone on the window sill and asked us to pay for it. The stone was already damaged before we checked in and was taped shut. When they pointed out that there were still traces of tape on the stone, they gave up without saying anything. They didn't even apologize for the whole thing. They also asked why we didn't check the damaged parts and report to the hotel to change rooms. I'm speechless. I have to check the room in advance before checking in. This is the first time I've seen such hotel service. I suggest that friends check carefully before checking in, especially the corners behind the curtains to see if there are any damages, and report to the hotel in time, otherwise the hotel will turn around and accuse us after we check out. It's hard to explain. The room with damaged stone is 906.

Originally booked a hotel chain, but went in and looked at the old facilities, because the luggage has not been unloaded, so the reservation is unsubscribed. When I came here, I felt new. The lobby was clean and spacious. The room was quite big. The front desk lady helped me upgrade the room. I personally felt that the price/performance ratio was quite high. The room is on the top 15 floors. The view is good and soundproof. The hotel is on the roadside, but there is basically no sound. The transportation is convenient. It is not too far to go to each check-in point. The shampoo and bath are especially good! Several previous ones were large bottles.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. This time I stayed for three nights in a row. The hotel room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the hotel staff is warm, courteous and attentive! The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good!

This is a regular hotel. Although it is a bit old, it is quite satisfactory. The hotel lobby and rooms are very large. Moreover, the management staff are well trained. The front desk clerk and lobby manager greeted me with smiles, especially the room payment manager, who took the initiative to help me when I encountered problems with charging. I chose this hotel for the following reasons: 1. It is a regular hotel, 2. It is pet-friendly, and 3. It has its own parking lot and charging pile. I stayed at the Libo Hotel when I passed through Hainan this winter.
