On business trips, I often go to hotels in various cities. There are Ctrip Super Club room upgrades and breakfast rights, which are confirmed by the hotel when booking. When checking in, the front desk was clearly informed, but when I entered the room, I found that there was still no upgrade and I emphasized the request before I was upgraded. The room with bathtub only has a bathtub, and it is not equipped with disposable consumables like the bathtub rooms of other hotels. There is a small refrigerator and tea bags in the room, no snacks and other beverages. In addition, I was refused by the waiter when I had breakfast, saying that I was not eligible to eat. From the front desk to breakfast to the floor staff, Every staff member is warmly welcomed, the new version of the smart room aesthetic is very online, the decoration is very young and energetic, the lack of places, the newly opened hotel, the room will taste, and then the coffee machine can not be used because there is no coffee beans for breakfast, it is really a bit unreasonable. It is recommended to add some green vegetables to the hot dishes area for breakfast. The bedding is average. The skin of the quilt and sheets is not very comfortable. I heard that I am not sure about the time of departure. The lady at the front desk helped us apply for the biggest discount, which helped us save some expenses. The attitude is also very good and very patient. Auntie Cleaner heard that we are from Xinxiang and sent us more bottles of drinking water so that we don’t get too anxious.
