Nice little pool for my kids party

Our room had no curtains and the parking lot lights and early morning were disruptive to our sleeping.

It says queen bed but the beds are actually twin size.

It was pretty good,but went down to the bar on a friday night ..said he left..no back up plan..bummer

This is a wonderful hotel and we really enjoyed the pool with the waterside. The hotel is clean and modern. It’s also in a great location with easy access to dining, shopping, and other fun things around the city. We rated it 3 stars due to the staff:1) at check in, staff wasn’t rude per se, but definitely didn’t make us feel welcome. Every time we came and went the front desk staff would avoid eye contact or ignore our hellos. 2) We wanted a drink from the bar but saw the bartender leave the restroom and literally go knuckle deep in his bum before returning to serving. 3) We tried to be proactive and take out our trash as we stayed a few days. When we asked where we could take out items, the housekeeping staff rolled their eyes and then begrudgingly opened their bag. We were happy to take it to a dumpster, just needed some direction.

Hotel was just what we were looking for. Went to Worlds of Fun with kids 11 & 9. They really enjoyed the pool and the slide. The hotel was clean and our room was comfy. Would stay here again.

Great experience the staff was extremely friendly

We stayed here because our usual hotel was full. This hotel is equally convenient and the staff were extremely friendly. I give it fewer stars because, although newer than our preferred hotel, it is already looking a bit “overused”. In addition, it was not overly clean. There was pink mildew all over the shower and the common spaces were not all that clean either.
