房間很大，空間讓人很舒服，空調等設施很好用，工作人員服務態度很好，陽台就對着水世界的遊樂場，贈送了兩張水世界的票，性價比高。如果準備來玩水世界、雪世界，推薦住主題酒店，性價比很高哦。

比較不滿意，有以下幾點：1，冰雪世界有三個酒店，冰世界，雪世界，水世界，你從這個名字更本不知是哪個，在這找了半天浪費時間。2，酒店因入住人少，設備維修不行，我晚上10點05分到酒店，酒店房間門壞了，讓人修。10點50説關鍵人還沒到，到前台，一女的戴眼鏡的態度特別不好，説你女兒來報修過了，不是人還沒來嗎，你進過房間了，衹能等着。晚上等了40-50分鐘，沒有一句道歉，一副關我屁事的態度。這種解決態度讓人不能接受。3，臟，被子上還有血漬，讓人好惡心。4，我訂房有入住歡迎禮，到走了也沒見，退房時間了一句，才把訂單找出來，去後麪給你拿兩包小零食出來。哎，感覺太差了。確實和他眾多評價相符。就是前面的人評價了也沒改善的。

酒店停車方便，服務也還好，房間也比較大。早餐一般般，可以吃飽。就是設施有些舊了，我們房間的洗手間門鎖就是壞的！

酒店環境設施一般般，不滿意主要有:一、入住選的套餐裏面有歡迎禮包，沒見着，前台客服人員也沒有提，不是差那點零食，只是套餐裏面寫着的東西，多少你要做到位。二、套餐裏面寫着有冰雪水世界的門票，不問前台工作人員要，他們也沒有主動給，從頭到尾都沒有提過，自家酒店套餐內容有什麼，工作人員都不清楚，怎麼服務好客户。三、酒店淋浴設施壞了，給前台工作人員講了請他們維修，從六點出門吃飯到十一點回來，五個小時沒有修好，中途沒有人聯繫我們維修的結果或者是其他後續的處理方法，完全沒有。衞生間一直有股異味，開了排氣扇也沒有用
