The room was quite good, although the process was a bit tortuous. I was satisfied with the budget estimate processed by Ctrip, but the timeliness was not very good. I agree with the final result and hope that the timeliness performance will be improved.

The breakfast experience was great, enough and not excessive. The rest is just right, not like hotels in China that are futile. Overall thumbs up. Reminder: If you are looking for so-called five-star service, don’t go in.

The hotel ambience was great, and the staff (especially Hovamede and Patty) were just wonderful. The view of the sea was a relief from stress. However, the reception staff need to improve on giving attention to arriving guests instead of just chatting between themselves while the guests waited for attention.

Arrived after a hard days travel for a four night stay to be told that a check in before 3 in the afternoon would result in in an extra half day charge. Already paying 1800 usd for 4 nights! Even with only 1 hour till 3 they want to charge a half day. Not at all customer friendly or focused.

Radisson Blu is overall a good hotel choice in Libreville. Traffic to and from the airport is a little bothersome depending on time of day. Would need some updates/maintenance and care/hygiene to make it a truly memorable stay. Surprised to not be able to have day visitors.

The best place to stay in Libreville. Good hotel with excellent service. The staff made me feel like home. I´ll be back,no doubt. Thanks to everyone there from main reception passing to barr and restaurant. Thanks

Average stay. Great breakfast. Staff needs to look after the guests concerns swiftly....bath room drain was chocked and water was filling the dry area..had called up on the staff many times but to no avail at all...till I checked out.

Hello, I was in Radisson last Dec 2023. I recommend it. It is well situated near the airport 🛫. The room is comfortable, proper. I take breakfast which is delicious and varied. The team is helpful. Especially i would to thanks the responsible for the lounge, she made an attention to all détails. The only point I hope they progress is the queue time to get the room,I made about 45 min waiting at reception. But I assume they have a lot of requests. To retry

The room smelled mold and the bathroom was dirty and smelly with some weird stains on the marble walls. Housekeeping could do much better. Also, having currently a curfew in Gabon I was expecting more attention from the hotel, instead of letting guests alone at the airport, waiting for a confirmed shuttle, who never showed up.

We were there for 3 nights and appreciate this property and their employees. Everyone was nice and willing to assist when required. Additionally when had a good business session and are coming back with some good contracts. We will be back!

An excellent experience for the purpose of my visit in the country with my group. all services were on point and we have enjoyed this hotel hospitality. That was the first time in the country and we have all appreciate our business trip.

I enjoyed five nights stay at Radisson Blu Okoume Palace in Libreville. I found the general services of very good quality, kind personnel, clean and comfortable room. A small problem with the elevators though, since they had to undergo some maintenance. Good quality for the money!

Reservation process and room services were some of the weak points. Observed. Also, the dampness in the corridors. Some work really needed to make the smell in the corridors more pleasant. The menu for the room service as well as the waiting time to be looked into. I could not check in quickly at the reception because the person at the reception could not locate my reservation which was confirmed previously. Aside these, it was a nice stay.
