Everything OK . Except for the guys who explain the structure, newly hired for the first time. They didn't have the sauna times clear, giving me the wrong times. So much so that I had arranged to have sessions with a sauna master at times that were not scheduled.

Ein perfektes Hotel mit dem sicher besten Personal. Waren heuer drei mal im Falky und immer perfekt! Immer wieder gerne. Ein besonderes Danke an Kellnerin Guilia und Patrick. Dieses Hotel ist ein Traum.Immer wieder gerne. So nett wurden wir noch nie empfangen und all unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

Do 3 stelle ma forse è più per incoraggiamento e per il mio voler tornare. I difetti? Acqua della piscina grande troppo fredda. Di questa cosa si sono lamentati tutti. Sopratutto le ragazze. Bene la jacuzzi fuori quella è più calda e accogliente. C’è un po’ di caos e poca organizzazione negli spogliatoi. Sinceramente con il prezzo che costa,metterei un calice di Prosecco o Cardonnay o un’altro vino del Veneto,come calice di benvenuto come fanno altre spa. Amiamo molto jesolo e contiamo di tornare con temperatura acqua maggiore.

Wir haben vom 8.9.-15.9.24 unseren Jahresurlaub in diesem sehr schönen Hotel verbracht. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurden uns in der Kategorie verschiedene Zimmer und Suiten gezeigt Die zur Auswahl standen. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und dem ganzen Hotel ist einmalig. Das Essen war von der Auswahl kaum zu übertreffen. Das Salatbuffet war sehr kreativ zusammen gestellt. Wer sich in diesem Hotel gesund Ernähren möchte kommt dort auf seine Kosten. Auch Vegetarier und Sushi -Fans haben es hier leicht das Passende unter den frischen Gerichten zu finden. Wirklich alle Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels sind nicht nur um jeden Gast bemüht, sondern Geben permanent das Beste nämlich 100 %. Der Spabereich ist sehr schön und auch dort steht die Sauberkeit an erster Stelle. Es gibt einfach nur eins zu sagen. Welcome Home !!! Danke Iris und Werner
