Personale molto gentile e posizione super comoda. Vicino al mare e al viale principale. Nella tariffa è compresa la spiaggia e L hotel fornisce anche i teli mare. L unico motivo per cui do 4 stelle è non 5 è che le pareti delle camere non sono insonorizzate e quindi si sentono le voci/rumori della camera di fianco.

Hotel molto carino e fornito di parecchi confort. Una cosa però non mi è affatto piaciuta: al mattino siamo scesi a fare colazione alle 8:30 e al nostro rientro in stanza, questa era già stata pulita e sistemata senza dare modo all’ambiente di arieggiare ( si sente parecchio odore sgradevole di ristagno o probabilmente ventole condizionatore da ripulire). In particolare senza pulire in maniera approfondita (a terra c’era ancora la sabbia del giorno precedente e sulle lenzuola idem), una buona passata di aspirapolvere sarebbe stato opportuno. Staff molto cortese e professionale. Ma la questione pulizia da rivedere assolutamente

Sono già due anni che soggiorno in questo hotel e devo dire che mi son trovato sempre molto bene!stanze ben pulite, ogni giorno cambio di asciugamani . Ragazze alla reception sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza,molto gentili e sempre sorridenti!! Colazione nella media… Ci rivedremo sicuramente!!!

Wir waren wieder für 4 Nächte (01.07- 05.07.2024) im Hotel Helvetia und es hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen. Sehr liebes und herzliches Personal im Empfangsbereich und im Gastrobereich sowie an der Bar, sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, zwei Kissen zur Auswahl, tolles Frühstück. Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Anna (Rezeption) und Chris (Gastronomie). Anna war immer sehr freundlich und hatte immer wertvolle Tipps für gutes Essen. Anna hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert indem sie immer ein offenes Ohr hatte. Chris hat uns im Frühstücksbereich und im QuBe hervorragend bedient und war immer sehr freundlich! Ein großes Dankeschön an Euch zwei! Liebe Grüße Moritz und Marcel

Mi sono sentita davvero coccolata! La grande attenzione che tutto il personale rivolge al cliente lo fa sentire al centro, le minuziose informazioni evitano dubbi e domande, la cura dell’ambiente è un valore aggiunto. Struttura modernamente arredata con grande gusto e bella scelta dei colori. Colazione con ampia varietà di scelta con dolci e marmellate fatte in casa. Ho potuto anche approfittare dell’uso gratuito delle biciclette per conoscere altri angoli di Jesolo come la spiaggia del faro. Ultima considerazione ( non per importanza), la fornitura quotidiana dei teli mare, importante non solo per la comodità del cliente ma anche perché sono fatti con PET riciclato.

Personale gentilissimo e cordialissimo. Eravamo lì per l’ironman di Jesolo e ci hanno gentilmente anticipato la colazione e tenuto la camera per la doccia del post gara. Cena di qualità veramente ottima. Educazione e pulizia al top. Hotel nuovissimo. Nessun supplemento, volendo si è praticamente sul mare e a disposizione servizio bici. Ci torneremo! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

Hotel consigliatissimo: personale al desk molto accogliente e disponibilissimo nell’accontentare le richieste. Camere nuove e molto pulite. C’è la possibilità di cenare nel ristorante dell’hotel dove i piatti sono molto buoni con prodotti freschi e cucinati sul momento. Struttura vicinissima al mare e possibilità di usufruire del servizio bici. Consigliatissimo

Hotel moderno e in posizione strategica con parcheggio convenzionato poco distanze; pulizia ottima e colazione ben fornita. Abbiamo provato sia la camera matrimoniale con balcone sia la family room bellissima e molto spaziosa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo! Grazie allo staff!

Hotel eccezionale, da tutti i punti di vista: posizione, centrale ma defilata dal rumore, gentilezza del personale, anche per richieste specifiche, pulizia delle camere, cucina davvero speciale, vicinanza alla spiaggia.
