An unpretentious but well-kept hotel, with attention to detail and everything you need, a large fridge in the room, a spacious shower, comfortable beds, air conditioning, bicycles available, a plentiful and varied breakfast. Very helpful, professional and kind staff, you can see that they love their job.

Very small room but with all the services, the only flaw is the lack of a bidet but that's fine, abundant breakfast and no parking for only a few cars, I would recommend making an agreement with a parking lot in the area.

We live near Lignano, an hour's drive away, and to avoid going up and down to the sea, in July this year we stayed there for 2 weekends, the first one night and the second 2 nights. Classic 3-star hotel without great pretensions, always tidy and very clean. The room on the first floor was perfect in every way, all new furnishings. While the second time we were staying on the 3rd floor, I think the room still needs to be renovated, but despite this it was tidy. The only thing to criticize was the really small shower box, I think the narrowest I have seen in my life, but despite this we were fine anyway. All the rooms have a TV, air conditioning and a fridge. The owner is a very cuddly person, really good and capable, she tries to satisfy all the needs of the customers. But the breakfast is superb, to say that there is everything and more always replenished, and to say the least. Much, much better than many higher category hotels. We will definitely be back.

Quando prenoti all'ultimo momento diventa complicato. Il prezzo ci ha portato a scegliere questa struttura. La posizione è perfetta per la vicinanza alla spiaggia ed al centro con la sua passeggiata. La colazione veramente ottima per scelta ed assortimento. Le bici a disposizione degli ospiti anche. Non mi è piaciuta molto la stanza veramente piccola ed il fatto che abbiano chiesto il pagamento subito. Tutto sommato lo consiglio per soggiorni brevi.
