Banyan Harbor Resort

The service was fine. The unit was very old carpet smelled,  the unit needs to be updated. Everything was looking like it was from 1970 , if it was updated, I would stay there again, but not the way it is now for the price that you pay was too much. It did have a washer and dryer which was good. It had designated parking, which was cool and staff was nice ,

Heather and Trisha made my family vacation and stay wonderful. From the check in to check out, this team demonstrated command of the property details, flexibility in suite assignment and over the top assistance in helping me out with a business matter for my job that came up while on vacation at Banyan Harbor. Needs fresh paint looks dingy Bed needs replaced

Location is good. The conseiarge KIKI is a hot ticket and gave us beach chairs ans umbrellas to use. The unit we stayed in was musty and furniture and rug need to be replaced. Lots of locals obviously live there with their work trucks. They must rent out units. Our unit was on the bottom floor and felt creepy walking down to it. Kitchen was updated. Has window air-conditioning that is very loud. Luckily, we had friends staying at another resort and we stayed there instead.if you have no other options of places to stay, I guess you would be ok. We personally would not go back.

This lovely condo looked as though it was recently and very nice compared to one we had rented for a night at Banyan Harbor the week before. Contemporary, very clean and thoughtfully furnished. I would not recommend sleeping on the pull out couch to trundle however, as it is very firm. There was a comfortable recliner so I slept in that. A blow dryer in the bathroom would be a good addition. But we very much appreciated this lovely condo. The owners have done a really great job with it.

A bit dated but clean. Spacious. Conveniently located. Had full kitchen, which is a huge bonus. The only issue I had was that the pictures on ******* showed hardwood floors, it looked updated from when I had previously visited. The unit I got still had the old carpet, so not the updated one I was hoping for. But at least all the air conditioning units worked this time yay! All in all it was a good place to stay

The condo was clean but not maintained for guest stay. Window frame and seal in kitchen could use some repair. Screen on screen door was barely attached. Door key sensor stopped working and after hours staff could not repair it. So if we left the room we would've been locked out. Office staff was unconcerned about this and said it happened frequently. No apologies, no comp.

We’ve stayed here twice and both times have been wonderful! We love that there’s A/C, washer/dryer, pool towels, kitchen equipped with what we needed to cook food, blackout curtains, no pests, pretty birds and landscape, a pool, great location and view, good TV options for kids, helpful and kind staff. I like the stairs for extra exercise and had hoped to use the tennis courts, but forgot. There’s no elevator, so that might be a limiting factor to consider. Thanks to Keiki for letting us borrow boogie boards, beach mat, chair, and telling us about the hula dancers and Coconut Market place and answering questions we had about places to visit on the island!
