Lijiang Hotels with Free Breakfast

Easy to find as is the tallest building in the town. The hotel has two parts to it- the International main building and a smaller 'local' style Which is where is stayed. Really lovely setting Just wasn't too impressed by the room Which had obviously seen better days. Pool on roof with a great view was a nice touch and breakfast had me set off for my journey in a good mood. Would come again, Just Hope for a better room. PS: Collins at reception speaks English Really well and has been working at the hotel since it was built twenty years ago and is a great Welcome host

The location is good because it is in the city but also close to the old town. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. The problem was the coldness, everywhere in the hotel was cold during our stay in February. We had to have breakfast with our jackets on and next to the heater. The staff does not speak English but we were able to communicate with the translator and wechat. Overall it is a good hotel and good value for money.

The hotel is very big and the rooms are large. The hotel is in a quiet location with a very good environment and convenient parking. The children were given breakfast, which was very good. The most recommended thing is that you can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the balcony of the room. Key recommendation: On the 3rd floor of the hotel, head towards room 3001. There is a staircase. You can go up to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain without any obstruction. If the weather is good, you can see the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. The hotel service is very good, and there are volunteers to help take the luggage to the room. I lost a room card and didn't ask for compensation. During the Spring Festival, this price-performance ratio is really good in Lijiang. Highly recommended for self-driving tours! ! ! The overall service of the hotel is very attentive. There are two options for breakfast, you can go to Indigo for a la carte, or you can go to InterContinental for a buffet. Because I stayed for two nights, I ate a la carte at Indigo on the first day, and ate at InterContinental on the second day. I could see the snow-capped mountains and the beautiful scenery! The most worth mentioning is that although the Intercontinental Time Bar is just a lobby bar, open from morning to night, they can make great classic cocktails, drink in front of the snow-capped mountains, and chat with interesting people, which is very happy. Manager Will is very professional and the whole experience is great. There is one detail that I will never forget. When Will was making wine for us, three foreigners suddenly came in and quickly gave them orders because he was making wine for us and Feng was making coffee. I was a little worried. Will encouraged him, saying that as long as we follow the training standards, the customers will be very satisfied. We must believe in ourselves. If we don’t do well, we can ask the customers to ask us to do it again. At this time, the employees started to make their coffee with confidence, and After a while, another foreigner came. Will looked up and saw it, and asked A Feng, the fourth customer is here, have you ordered? Afeng said the guests didn't want them, but Will said they were willing to come, take good care of them and pour a glass of water. Afeng said that he would pour water for all four of them, and Will said that your service is really good. Although it is a small thing, you can see the harmony and tacit understanding of this team, as well as the high degree of family and country feelings and atmosphere. We have a wonderful time at Liqiang and Hampton by Hilton was situated slightly away from the Ancient city but it’s a nice walk over there in the evening. After spending time at the ancient city, we could take a taxi back and it’s very convenient. The room is clean and spacious and what impressed us is the hospitality of the front desk personnel. A special call out to Lisa who helped checked us in efficiently and referred us to the lady who helped arranged our trip to the Jade Dragon Snow mountain and the Liqiang Impression performance. Otherwise, we would not be able to secure the tickets and had a seamless pickup, tour and return arrangement. Lisa also quickly offered a competitive room rate when we mentioned that we wanted to extend our stay. We are grateful for that. We also want to call out the wonderful service extended by the front desk manager, Linda who personally delivered a fruit platter to our room and checked whether everything was as expected. We can only say the service is exceptional and we decided to stay another night at Liqiang on our return trip from Shangri La. Linda helped arrange everything despite the late notice from us. Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable. Will definitely recommend our friends and in fact when we return to Kunming, we may stay at the chain again. This stay has left us with a such pleasant experience.

Strongly recommend staying here. The hotel staff was all particularly helpful, even with gather some trail food for the tiger leaping gorge. Shout out to Sunny 何小慧in the kitchen for that and Angela at the front desk for the fruit. They provided me a fixed review that I’ll copy below but the suggestion wasn’t need since my stay really was great. It is worth mentioning her bedding, soft bed, pillows that look good in photos, and the rice noodles for breakfast are also delicious. The simple and elegant atmosphere of the small courtyard makes people feel happy, and they don't want to go home after living here. Every morning in the inn, I was awakened by the warm yellow sunshine. The entire inn is built on the mountain, and the viewing platform in the middle can see the panoramic view of the ancient city and take pictures. It is also super beautiful. The location is at the intersection of Bailong Square, the first one on the left when entering, super convenient. Basking in the sun, eating apples and drinking afternoon tea, life in Lijiang Old Town is so beautiful. Next time I come to Lijiang, I will choose Muyuntang Inn

What a wonderful stay we had here!! Our family was welcomed warmly and we soon felt like old friends as we shared many cups of tea. The manager was very enthusiastic and she helped us plan our day trips around Lijiang. Although we don’t speak Chinese she persevered and we had very enjoyable experiences based on her recommendations. The place is clean and in a idyllic location in the old town. The breakfast provided was Chinese and nice. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Floral Inn again soon. Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We truly enjoyed staying at the Banyan Tree resort. We took twice a bike to Shuhe, the ancient town. We like this ancient town so much better than Lijiang. We also took a taxi to watch the impressions of Lijiang show in the mountains and see the Blue Moon Valley. Thanks to Nancy, who was always available when we had questions, even on her days off we could count on her. And William who is experienced and very good in English language helped us make the day to see the show an unforgettable day. Kate was able to show us around and give us advice where needed. Very few speak English and the help of William and Nancy and Kate made the stay very special. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the own private hot tubs very much.
