Very good! This is the best room I've stayed in Yunnan. On the first day, the housekeeper came to the gate of the ancient city to pick us up. He then took us on a night tour of the ancient city and helped us understand the history of the ancient city, including which are the popular check-in spots. Every day when we returned to the hotel, he made tea for us. Fresh flower cakes and fruits were prepared every day. It felt like home. It's also very close to the North Gate and very convenient for travel. I highly recommend everyone to stay here

I must say that this is the best hotel service I have experienced in Lijiang these few days. The customer service lady is warm and hospitable, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is clean. This guesthouse was the first one I confirmed on Ctrip and booked for three nights. Later, because I changed my flight ticket, I wanted to book two more days in advance. Fortunately, they were fully booked, otherwise I would have suffered for 5 days. You can actually enjoy airport pick-up and drop-off if you stay for three consecutive days. In fact, I didn't bother the store! The only thing that bothered the store was that they helped me move my luggage from another guesthouse in Lijiang Ancient Town to their home, and when I left the store, they sent my luggage from their guesthouse to the parking lot! And the parking lot is only 100 meters away from their guesthouse in a straight line! ! ! ! ! Because we rented a car to drive to Lugu Lake, I took the light luggage and bags to the parking lot by myself, and then told the owner of the famous homestay to only trouble him to send my friend and a large suitcase to the bottom of the parking lot! It's really very close! However! They were perfunctory even for such a short distance! Anyone who has been to the ancient city knows that the floor is bumpy and there is no way to drag the luggage there. They don't even have the most basic carts that every famous homestay will have! They asked my friend to carry the luggage to the parking lot with them, and then they were unwilling to send it to the bottom of the parking lot, so they asked my friend to take the 52-pound suitcase and go down the slope of the parking lot by himself! Then the slope happened to be cleaned that day and it was full of water! My friend fell all the way down! A little girl asked him to go down by himself. I don't know what the store owner thinks! ... I really don't care about that little bit of fruit. If I don't eat it or throw it away, it's my own business. If you don't give it to me, it's a problem of service attitude! And it says that it's the rights of the hotel guests! Do you understand? When I don't care, I can fool you as you like. The problem is that you are very dissatisfied with me now, so I have to write down all the problems! ! ! Then the room hygiene and facilities, let alone, the air conditioner does not cool, as the store said, they said that all the famous hotels in Lijiang are like this, it's really bragging, we changed from another famous hotel, and told him that other hotels don't have this problem at all! Then the boss of the famous hotel told you, "If it doesn't work, you don't have to stay," and didn't think about solving the problem from the beginning, just smiling on his face, and the actual attitude is to let it be. Then we said we didn't want to change, and you found a way to help us deal with it, and then he said that he would go to check the outdoor unit, and then there was no news! It's really speechless! The hygiene is also a pile of ****. There is a big spider web when you enter the room. They told me that the cleaning lady was not there and went home for the Dragon Boat Festival. What's wrong? The spider web was formed in 1 day? Then the Coke that was spilled on the floor at the door was not cleaned up. If you can see it, you can see it. If you can't see it, you go to report it to them and they will just clean it up for you! Anyway, the accommodation experience is terrible! If you really want to stay in this hotel, you really need to think clearly. They are polite on the surface, but they don't understand what they actually do. I never comment on hotels when I stay, no matter good or bad. I understand that it's not easy for Mingsu to do business, but if it wasn't for the fact that they were so perfunctory in the end that my friend fell, I would be too lazy to comment! ! ! ! It's really bad, really bad, really bad! ! ! !

The rooms are all equipped with smart guest control. There is a Dyson hair dryer in the room. It's really nice. Our luggage arrived first, and the boss helped us collect our luggage first after communicating with us. There were four of us living in two rooms, and the hot spring in one room was enough for the four of us. Because we prepared a surprise cake, the boss also helped us prepare and decorate the yard, and gave us a few bottles of wine. The service attitude was really good. He sent us out to the ancient city entrance in the morning to hand over to the driver.

The store manager, the young man, was very good at service and took us to the surrounding areas to eat delicious and authentic local specialties. It is considered a relatively good inn in the ancient city. It is very close to the entrance of the ancient city and has a superior geographical location. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Lijiang Ancient City, I will stay at his house again.
