I am a foreign guest, this is my first time in China. The hotel owner proactively texted me via Trip 1 day in advance to contact to pick me up at the airport. Everything was very good, the room was very comfortable and clean, she also bought a tour to the snow mountain for me. If I have the chance to come back, I will still choose to stay here.

The hotel boasts cleanliness, comfort, and stunning vistas of Lijiang Ancient Town. Situated conveniently, with a variety of dining options nearby, it offers proximity to the heart of lijiang ancient town. The standout feature, however, is the warmth and hospitality of the staff, led by the friendly manager, 邓邓. They not only provided excellent service but also guided us to must-visit spots in Lijiang, ensuring a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

It's a great venue. Nicely designed, comfortable and with extremely helpful staff eager to show us the authentic Lijiang. I have been to Lijiang several times in the past and was sometimes put off by the fact it's very touristy but thanks to Nell's team, this time was great.

Location : Great. Convenient, a stone throw away from LiJiang ancient city. Check-in ‘counter’ - staff is helpful and passionate to recommend restaurants, herbal shop. But Did not gift us tea pack as stated in booking page for more than 2 nights stay and did not inform tea will be served with reservation Room for 3 pax : At best average, there are differences in configuration as displayed on Trip.com. When we approached one of the person in charged, to provide mug for 3rd person, he brought paper cups. For environmental and green purpose, proper mug is more sustainable. Kettle is placed on a desk near entrance with no power point. The staff impatiently told me to boil water on bedside table where there is a power point. House keeping: below average. We are shocked that they intruded into our privacy, opened the room door although we did not request for housekeeping and we are in the room !! Service : excellent service rendered by a lady manager in charged. She recommended and graciously brought us to a shop nearby to buy 三七，天蔴，藏红花 which she assured it is a trusted shop with good quality and fair price. Bathroom : modern smart toilet but occasionally the sensors are not functioning as it intended Photo : did not bother to take photo as the room is below expectation. Room Rate : Cheap

This time, my wife and I came to Lijiang to take wedding photos. Lijiang Hefengting really gave us too many surprises. Before checking in, the hotel staff called me to send them the flight number, and then arranged a special car to pick us up at the hotel. I also consulted the hotel staff before departure to see if there were any better wedding dress companies. The hotel recommended several wedding dress companies with high cost performance and good photography skills before we came to Lijiang. The staff of Hefengting also learned from this that we came to Lijiang to take wedding photos. So there were the following photos and videos arranged and surprised. We booked the Blue Moon Valley room on the 4th floor of Hefengting, which can see the scenery of Lijiang Ancient Town and Lion Mountain. After we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very considerate to help us take our luggage to the room on the 4th floor, and then we were surprised by the layout of the room! I have stayed in countless hotels, and I never thought that a homestay could be so romantic, and it carefully arranged everything for us, the newlyweds. In addition to the room, there is also a coffee shop on the 4th floor where you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Lijiang Ancient Town. The staff also decorated the coffee shop, which was very festive. There are 25 rooms in the B&B. Even in the off-season, the rooms are fully booked every day. Many guests come to the fourth floor of the B&B to check in and take pictures. The guests also see the exquisite layout. The staff also prepares a lot of wedding candies for the residents. They are really moved from the bottom of their hearts. In addition to happiness, they can also bring joy to other residents. The staff is really thoughtful. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in Hefengting when they come to Lijiang. There is a parking space at the door of the hotel, and there is a very good view. The room area is also very spacious. Although Lijiang Hefengting has been open for only more than a year, I am full of confidence in this B&B. Being able to arrange such a ceremony from the perspective of the guests shows their welcome and enthusiasm for tourists. Lijiang is also a holy place for taking wedding photos. It is also recommended that all male compatriots choose Hefengting when taking wedding photos with their other half. The staff of Hefengting upholds this corporate culture and will definitely give more guests a second warm home when traveling abroad!

The hotel is very clean and easy to find. The owner of the B&B is very enthusiastic. He will give you a guide and send you the location of each attraction. He is really a very meticulous travel butler. The environment is really good. I highly recommend it!

It is an inn near the north gate of Lijiang Ancient Town. It is very convenient to go to the ancient town. The inn has a good environment, with a terrace and a view cafe where you can see the snow-capped mountains and the ancient town. The boss is very nice. He will invite me to drink tea and chat, introduce me to the specialties of Lijiang and teach me how to choose. I said I wanted to eat mushroom hot pot and recommended a good store to me. When I heard that I was going to the snow-capped mountains, he stuffed me with an oxygen cylinder. Because I came out alone, the brothers and sisters of the inn have always been concerned about my situation. I feel that I have lived in this place for two days and made friends with a group of warm and lovely people for two days. One suggestion is that the room lights are a little dim but it doesn’t affect it (maybe it’s my personal preference hahaha) and the shower head water flow is a little big. Everything else is very good. Living here is as safe as at home! I hope the boss’s business will get better and better. If I have the opportunity to come to Yunnan again in the future, I will come to stay here!
