The hotels design is very nice, it's a modern version of traditional courtyard dwellings so looks very pretty day and night. The room was very big, with plenty of space for luggage and good amenities. The bed was clean and very comfortable, and has a heated mat underneath which was really nice. The bathroom was big and well equipped, although it wasn't very well cleaned. There were lots of hairs, grime and dirt marks everywhere, but it wasn't the worst, just could have been better. The wine was included in the room but it tasted utterly awful, although this is of course not a big deal. The location is good; it's not quite central to the ancient city but not far away and easily accessible, and the bus stop to the railway station is only a few minutes walk away (bus no. 104).  The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and let me use the laundry machine. Overall its a pretty good place, it could have been cleaner but other than that it was nice.

Our stay at 拾乐 Hot Spring Homestay was absolutely delightful from start to finish! The owner's kindness and generosity truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay. The accommodations were cozy and well-maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hot springs were a true highlight, offering relaxation and rejuvenation. We can't thank the owner enough for their hospitality and genuine care. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grateful for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a personal touch!

Really good, recommended

The location is good. We booked a room with bath tub, which is one of the higher end rooms. There were a few problems with the room. 1. The tub drain was broken and prevented filling the tub. The faucets for the tub were also broken and the tub could only be filled through the hand-held shower spray. The hotel management brought a large piece of plastic to cover the tub in order to cover the drain. The tub could then be filled with the shower head. However this was slow and the water, which was not particularly hot anyway, cooled down by the time it reached the tub basin. The tub could not be drained due to the plastic sheet. It also made it impossible to stand or sit in the tub. There were a few other problems with the room. 2. The bottom of the shower door would not stay on its track. This made it difficult to open and close and flooded the adjoining area when the shower was used. 3. The towel rack is broken and there is no place to dry wet towels, especially since the floor flooded at each use of the shower. 4. The ceiling vent for the shower is broken, filling the suite with steam. 5. There was no regular service in the 3 days we were there. No replacement towel , toilet paper or water without specifically asking. In general: there are no screens on the windows. Its noisy due to the staff in residence with kids. We are staying in ancient towns in Lijiang, Shangre-La (Deqen), Guilin and Yangshuo, and feel we are being objective. By right we feel the additional cost of the bathtub should be reimbursed and we are happy to report that if management of the hotel does so. I have photos to upload but the internet is not stable. I will add if possible. Photos are attached of these issues.

Nice place. Overall was great.

The hotel looks very beautiful, however the bathtub in our room did not have a stopper and was basically not usable. The staff said they would fix but didn't and ended up only giving a bath cover which is just a big plastic sheet. Also the staff and her friends drink loudly at night at reception which was a bit of an annoyance. They did not clean the room once during the three night stay.

It's location is perfectly within the edge of Lijiang ancient city. Easy to locate the inn via the Chinese map. Simple room with heater blanket and heater Aircon unit. Bathtub is useless. Toilet is big and clean. The best location to explore the ancient city since it is inside the ancient city itself.

everything was perfect, only minor issue to mention: shower drain was almost blocked, leading to sight water overflowing in the bathcroom from then drain pan during the shower

Upkeep is poor. No room cleaning services unless requested. Past good reviews no longer applicable. Lady boss has gone back to hometown. Now managed by son. However they are nice and helpful.

I like this B&B very much. It is very clean and the environment is very good for taking photos. The room is large and the soundproofing is good. The location is excellent. The sister is also very warm and easy to get along with. It is also very quiet at night. I like it very much.

A trip that goes on alone ✈️ Came to Lijiang, and I'm glad to find Shile Inn! ❤️ It really made me feel that the meaning of traveling to Lijiang is not only to see the scenery, but more importantly to experience life. Here, I found such a rest experience! 😍😍 From the retro furniture in the room to the yard full of flowers, every detail makes people feel warm and comfortable. If you are looking for a place where you can rest your mind, then this is definitely the first choice! The inn partners are awesome! 👭👭 It's not boring to come to Lijiang alone. The boss lady is very enthusiastic to see me coming alone and recommends me the surrounding travel guide. She also accompanied me to play jungle off-road! Super cool! If you want 🍻, the boss will also help you make an appointment with friends! It really made me understand why the first choice for traveling alone is Lijiang! The first choice of Lijiang Inn is Shile!
