The hotel environment is quiet, and the architecture is grand with local Naxi cultural characteristics. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is very rich. In the afternoon, there are many cute small animals grazing on the lawn, and border collies roaming around. Bella from the hotel provided very attentive service. Very satisfied!

I deliberated for a long time between the Banyan Tree, InterContinental, and The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, and ultimately chose the latter – and it certainly didn't disappoint.

The hotel also offers many activities. During my stay, I participated in a tie-dye experience and a tea tasting, which showed how much effort they put into designing these culturally authentic activities.
What truly deserves special praise is the hotel's mini-zoo. It houses Border Collies, alpacas, goats, marmots, donkeys, and horses. It's clear that the animals are well cared for, and the staff are genuinely loving.
