We came as a family and the manager had ensured that the check-in process was smooth. We managed to checked in early and got some rest before walking around the ancient city. The location was very strategic.

This meisu is about a few minutes' walk from Intercontinental Hotel. I like the quietness of this place. The hospitality shown by owner and staffis exceptional, and they are very willing to offer any assistance and help when ask. Our stay with them had been comfortable. Daily housekeeping kept room clean. We have stayed in so many hotel including 4 stars, yet I find Yayuen has the best bath towels --super soft, puffy, absorbent and clean.

The owner of the B&B is very nice and welcoming. There is a shuttle service. The room is clean and hygienic, the layout and facilities are very good, and it is very warm. The most important thing is that the surrounding environment is beautiful and it is not noisy when sleeping. I was in a hurry to play, so I didn't take good photos of the B&B, but it is really good and I would like to recommend it.

The hotel is located in the ancient city, in a leisurely and quiet area. It is very convenient to enter the core area, go to Zhongyi Market, and take a car on the roadside! Luggage pick-up, mailing packages, and suggestions for sightseeing are all in place!

The location is very good. Inside the ancient town, there are tricycles to carry luggage. The owner of the B&B is a handsome guy, humorous, and can help call a taxi, etc. The layout of the room is very good, but the details are not very clean. Because the environment is good, I basically ignore it. You can see the houses in the ancient town from the attic platform. Because the floor is not high, the view is just so-so, but the smell is still there.

The B&B is located near the south gate of the ancient city and is not on the main road. It is relatively quiet and comfortable, not noisy at all. The hotel also has a terrace where you can enjoy the scenery. It is super beautiful in the evening~

The location is very good. It is easy to get in and out. The boss is warm and considerate. He helped to carry the luggage when he came in and out. He heard that the child was not feeling well and immediately sent an oxygen cylinder. He helped to find the child when he got lost at around 11pm. The duplex I booked was replaced with a single room in two branches because the temporary facilities broke down. The main store and the branch each have their own characteristics. The main store has the characteristics of the ancient city, and the branch is business casual. The layout on both sides feels very comfortable

The room decoration here is aesthetically pleasing. There are many small views on the way back to the room. The room is located in a quiet place in the city, which is convenient for eating, but there are few people around, which will not affect the rest. There is a very hidden rooftop with a very good view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. There is a swing chair on the rooftop to sit and enjoy the scenery. It's very comfortable. The boss is very nice. If you make an appointment in advance, he will push a cart to the intersection to pick up your luggage. He is very talkative and you can ask anything you don't understand.

Before coming to Lijiang, I researched a lot of homestays in the ancient city and was a bit hesitant to choose Yayue because there was a recent bad review. I thought I would stay temporarily for the first night and then find another homestay with a different location. As convenient as Yayue (near the gate to the street to catch a taxi, near Zhongyi night market), but after arriving at Yayue, I decided to stay here for 4 nights because it was so great. At 12 o'clock at night, my family arrived at Lijiang airport. The homestay owner's younger brother was already waiting to pick up my family. He also helped my family drag 3 suitcases from the city gate to the homestay. When checking in, my children really liked it because they could sleep separately on the mezzanine. They really liked this family room. The room is spacious, clean and fully equipped. I especially like the window with the very romantic bougainvillea tree. The boss and his younger brother are very nice and enthusiastic, they helped me book tickets to see the Lijiang Thien Tinh Co show with a good location just 3 hours before the show. They also helped me rearrange my itinerary and means of transportation in the most reasonable way. In general, whenever I have any problem, I ask them, they are very enthusiastic to help and I feel lucky to have found Yayue. On the last day I left Lijiang, the boss also helped me drag my luggage to the gate to wait for the bus. The homestay's location is also quite good, near the entrance gate of the ancient citadel, also near Zhongyi night market, and quite close to the center of the ancient citadel. Our experience at this inn was great. Not only was the environment comfortable and clean, but the owner's service was impeccable. When we arrived, the owner personally helped us push the cart and drag our luggage. I highly recommend this inn, it definitely deserves a five-star rating!

Bad review, bad review! My sister and I took grandpa and grandma (70+ elderly) out to play, all the way from Kunming to Dali and finally Lijiang, this is the worst one. I called the day before coming to Lijiang and couldn't get in touch with them, and Ctrip couldn't get in touch with them either. I was going to cancel and change to another one, but I couldn't find a suitable one temporarily (I wanted to find a room with two bedrooms and one living room to take care of the elderly), so I didn't cancel it. I thought I would just stay for two nights. I was contacted half an hour before check-in. The guy helped to get the luggage at the intersection and sent it all the way to the room. It was still very good here. At the same time, the guy also told us to contact him when we left, and he helped us pull the luggage out. As a result, I found something wrong when I entered the room. There was no water in the room. We went early and the aunt had just cleaned the room. I understand that there was a water leak, but the toilet door was broken and outrageously broken. The door handle could fall off when you pulled it, and there was a very perfunctory lock on it. I was told that it was broken, and there was no apology or solution. The door of the room also had to be closed very hard. The second floor was said to be a starry sky ceiling, but the window was huge and the curtain was broken. I tied it up with some rope. I didn't want to bother the old man for the last stop of the trip, so I didn't say anything. It was difficult to contact him on the day of departure, so I told him three hours in advance that I would leave the hotel at 13:30 the day before I left, and asked him to help drag the luggage. He agreed, and I felt relieved. But I couldn't contact him again when I checked out. There was no choice but for my sister and I to drag the luggage out by ourselves. We were afraid that the suitcases would be damaged, so we dragged and lifted them, and our hands were shaking when we left the ancient city. He only said to me that he just saw it, and there was no apology or anything like that. I can only say that the service concept is different. I have never seen a service industry like this. Think twice.
