Very good service. The service of this hostel made my Lijiang trip full of surprises and joy. The service of Andy(hostel staff) provide me a very good service and made me very satisfied. Upon arrival at the hostel, Andy prepared a welcome tea for us and recommended the local food to us. During our stay, the hostel staff always help us to solving our problems. I will choose this hostel again, while I come to Lijiang again.

The hotel staff will always try their best to help us with our itinerary planning and answer our many questions. They even gave us some oxygen spray when we said that we fear that we might have high altitude sickness visiting tiger leaping gorge. It's in the middle of the ancient town yet it's quite at night. Good for people who like to live in lively locations. It's also got nice views on the 2nd floor.

The hotel is located in the center of Lijiang ancient town, very close to the bustling dining and entertainment area.
The hotel is very beautiful and clean, there is a balcony to sit and sunbathe on the 2nd floor, very chill.
The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and helpful, especially Andy. He helped us a lot in planning our activities, recommended good restaurants, and gave us tips to avoid scarm. He even helped to negotiate with the driver for our trip to Shangri-la.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Andy gave us a lot of help and helped us book the tickets to Tiger Leaping Gorge. Gave us the advice to go to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and took us to visit the ancient city of Lijiang. We will come back to stay in the future and recommend friends to stay

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
Location of hotel is very strategic, it’s within the old town.
Excellent service from all the hotel staffs. Special thanks to v豆豆奶,who helped us to arrange our transportation, and helped us to look for local tours.
They helped us to carry our luggage from the entrance of old town to the hotel as cars are not allowed to enter the old town.
They did beautiful simple decorations for our honeymoon stay as well.

Came back to stay again in this Antique Inn for 1 night after our trip to Shangri-la. Like the surroundings and its about 15 minutes walk to Zhongyi Market where you can get alot of stuff and food in the night.

The hotel is centrally located, inside the old town, and for this reason it is possible to visit the historical part of the city by foot. The room is spacious and nice, equipped with all comforts, the staff is always kind and available for anything. We will definitely return!

A cozy inn with friendly staff. They are always willing to share and give exchanges on travelling tips.
As the location of the inn is situated in the heart of 丽江古镇, they can also provide baggage ferry service from the edges of the 古镇 to the inn at a small cost.
Since we arrived in Lijiang by rail, they also provided hotel transfer from railway station and the hotel at a cost.
What impressed us most was their proactive concern for our well-being. Anticipating our needs at high altitude, they generously offered oxygen tanks to alleviate any potential discomfort. Their foresight and care were invaluable, especially given our unforeseen bout of high altitude sickness.
In retrospect, we highly recommend spending a few extra days in Lijiang to acclimate to the elevation before heading to Snow Dragon Jade Mountain. A crucial tip: avoid showering before ascending to high altitude, as we learned the hard way!
From arranging tours to providing essential advice, the team at Baisuifang went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Their genuine warmth and kindness made us feel like family.
We can't wait to return and explore more of Yunnan Province's breathtaking landscapes. If you're planning a trip to Lijiang, look no further – this lodging is a true gem!
