This was our first time to an Aman property and we were blown away by the hospitality and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs and even more so to make my husband’s birthday extra special. Now we want to try all the Aman properties! The property is beautiful almost like having your own Forbidden Palace and the location is excellent for exploring the Old Town. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

The room is spacious and the staff is enthusiastic. Aman has always demonstrated its high standards. The trip to Lijiang was very pleasant and the family was very satisfied with the accommodation experience at Aman.

Overall, it's very good. Aman's style and service are basically impeccable, but some details are still a little uncomfortable. First of all, the network is really bad. The signal is not very good in many places on the mountain, and the hotel's wifi is unstable from time to time. The most outrageous thing is the toilet. There is no service at all, and the WiFi is either not available or one grid. Then there is the hair dryer. The hair dryer itself is fine. It comes with a Dyson as standard, but the plug does not match. The Dyson has a dual-control plug, and the washbasin has a three-hole socket, so it has to be used on the socket at the bar next to it. Then the toilet is indeed a bit high. I am 182cm tall and my legs just touch the ground. There is no small table in the toilet, and I have to reach behind me to put things. The room itself is relatively soundproof, but the opening and closing of the room door is indeed very noisy. I stayed for two days and the service was very good and satisfactory. The only thing was that I called for a knife to cut the pomegranate on the morning before I checked out. It took half an hour after two calls, but it still didn't come. I used my hands to break it and it splashed all over me. I don't know if I didn't pay much attention to it because I was about to check out or what. I reported it to the hotel staff, including the lobby manager, but they didn't say anything. I left in a hurry and didn't say anything more to them. The breakfast was average overall, only the eggs and bacon were delicious. There was also the cafe observation deck. I was about to go in to take a look, but they stopped me and took out the room key to show that I was a guest before letting me in. But I can understand it, and the attitude is not stiff. Overall, I am quite satisfied, but many details are indeed a bit unworthy of the title of Aman.

Amandayan is the second Aman in China that I visited with my brother and sister. Everything in the hotel is just right, the service is warm, the scenery is beautiful, and the ancient city of Lijiang can be seen at a glance. It rained heavily on the first night of our stay, and the sound of rain was endless, which was a special experience. Amandayan was the most memorable in our short trip to Lijiang. My sister has made an appointment with me to come again next time! ❤️

The customer service is warm and thoughtful, the food is delicious, especially the chicken mushroom chicken pot. They also gave me a beautiful little gift before leaving. I will patronize again next time I have the chance💗💗💗

The hotel is located on the top of Lion Mountain in Dayan Ancient Town, overlooking the entire ancient town. The guest rooms are made of all wood, simple and full of charm, and the facilities in the room are comfortable and full of ethnic style. Every breakfast order is made meticulously. Shelley's service is also very thoughtful. When we checked in, she took us to visit the entire hotel and told us about the local culture and history. Overall, this hotel is really worth recommending.

Very satisfying experience, this is the only choice when I come to Lijiang again. (I have been here 7 times and experienced most hotels, and Aman is the best one) Finally collected 9 pictures of Aman, looking forward to the next set. Facilities: The room has upgraded electric toilets. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Super beautiful! Service: Every staff member is warm and friendly. Meals: The cured pork ribs hot pot is super delicious!!! Breakfast and afternoon tea are also great. The only drawback is that the car that sent us to the airport was Viano (old truck) and there was a smell of smoke in the car.

I like the room space design and facilities, the service is just right, the food tastes good, and the mushroom picking activity in the hotel is interesting and worth trying. Overall, it can provide a good experience and is worth staying.

Aman will never disappoint you. The best in my mind. The view is amazing. The breakfast is also great. It is very convenient to travel.

I am very happy to stay in such a beautiful hotel with my family this time. The weather happens to be very sunny, and the blue sky and white clouds in Lijiang make me feel more relaxed. All the service staff, from the housekeeper on WeChat, Sister Shirley who introduced the hotel (sorry, I'm afraid I spelled it wrong in English), the service aunts, the lobby waiters, the tea house waiters, and the uncles who helped open and close the door, were very kind and gentle. Always smile. The bathroom is great, the room is clean and tidy and smells good. It was a great experience and will definitely come back!

Daisy.he, the housekeeper, served us very attentively and patiently for two days. The hotel is relatively quiet on the mountain with beautiful scenery and fresh air. Aman Hotel is still as good as ever. The only drawback is that it rained in Lijiang. There are also many mosquitoes. Please remember to bring mosquito repellent.

The hotel service is really only Aman and others. There are little surprises every day, and the three meals are very in line with local characteristics. You can also overlook the entire ancient city.

This is my first time staying at an Aman in China. The experience and service are very good. I recommend the beef hotpot and the fire pit dinner. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It takes only five minutes to walk to the ancient city.
