四點入住已經離了大普，四點二十到告訴我房間還沒好，要主管查房。地暖很熱，房間設施有些年頭了，衞生死角不過關。庭院挺美，送外賣也算及時，門窗打開關閉很艱難。

Beautiful hotel with excellent scenery of jade dragon snow mountain, within walking distance of 1+km to Shuhe Old Town. Room a little old, but overall stay is pleasant!

很少能給差評的，這次必須給。老酒店設施陳舊就不説了，老舊電視機，踩上去一上一下的木地板…第一天晚上讓攜程給酒店反應浴室下水道反味，第二天到了晚上5點酒店也沒有溝通詢問過此事，攜程催促後説是去處理過了沒聞着味，然後又去檢查了一次，確保沒問題。我回房間一打開浴室門，臭氣熏天，把值班經理叫來，值班經理核心就一句話：你什麼訴求，這句話什麼意思大家都能聽明白，自己的工作不給客户提解決方案，張口就問你想幹嘛。算了算了，果斷換酒店。ps：值班經理給攜程説為了表示歉意送酒店浴袍，退房的時候發現前台擺着一大摞，估計是退房的都送，這種忽悠方式及處理問題的態度連攜程都大為震驚，歡迎酒店尤其是那位值班經理在本評論下回復及追評
