Several days before check-in, we started to contact and communicate with the guests to inquire about their preferences. After check-in, the butler provided personal and thoughtful service.

Our 管家 妙妙 was the so helpful in helping us before/during/after our stay. She arranged for a free upgrade, and even a massive whole birthday cake. The hospitality from her was brilliant that we want to come back for another holiday.
This place offers a lot of activities that you really don’t need to head out of the town. The best thing was following the hotel group to check out the sunrise at 玉龙雪山.
Best dinner hotpot there as well.
