One of the most special hotels we’ve experienced in our China trip. 小邰 Xiao Tai was super helpful throughout our stay from arranging airport pick up to nearby activities like Naxi family visits, complimentary photoshoots, campfire experience and mountain sunrise trips. He even delivered the afternoon tea set to our room since we arrived late from the airport! We really enjoyed our stay because of him. The room is super clean and has floor heating if it gets cold. The staff provides water, snacks and pot noodles free of charge every day. Breakfast was lovely especially the noodles and chicken hot pot! You can also ask for medicines in case you experience high altitude sickness for free.

definitely 10 out of 10. thanks to our personal butler who gave us a free villa upgrade. The whole team provided superb services to us right from the moment we check in up to the point the villa's driver send us off to a near by town. Thanks to everyone especially our butler Mr Joe, you made our stay at the Villa a memorable one.

The hotel has a very mystical vibe to it, a perfect blend of historical town feels with modern luxury amenities. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, we are vegetarians and they went above and beyond to cater to our taste and made some really nice traditional dishes. Joe, the manager there was very very helpful, he picked us up, offered to drive us to nearby villages and even cooked fried rice for us to take to the snow mountain. Overall the property, view, staff everything was top notch. Highly recommend it!

Stunning entrance and friendly staffs! But there were areas of run down paints and decorations could be renovated more frequently.

The hotel is located in the ancient village of Yuhu Village, and its design is very cultural. The hotel housekeeper Miaomiao, the sisters in the restaurant, the sisters who roasted sweet potatoes and delivered sweet soup, the big brother who helped to move the luggage, and the master who sent the plane were all very serious and enthusiastic, and fully demonstrated the local simplicity and enthusiasm. We were also upgraded to a duplex starry sky room. The living room on the first floor felt very homely, and the bathroom on the second floor was very large, so you could enjoy a milk bath at night. There are also two terraces where you can see the snow-capped mountains and the starry sky (it's a pity that the weather was not good enough this time). The surprise was the restaurant's products. The breakfast was very good (especially the freshly cooked rice noodles, egg tarts, egg pancakes, and cold dishes). The hot pot included in the set dinner was so large that two people couldn't finish it. Afternoon tea is also very local, and the goodnight desserts and roasted sweet potatoes and corn are very heartwarming. It would be better if the mini bar could be richer. The hotel activities are also diverse and rich (light hiking, tie-dyeing, home visits, etc.), but the hotel activities were not participated in because the schedule was too tight. It's a pity that I didn't experience the bonfire night this time. The hotel has a music room, billiards, and an activity area even when it rains. You can also borrow ethnic costumes to take photos. It is more suitable for a family vacation.

The hotel is located in Yuhu Village. The hotel is very well designed. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will feel like you are living in a Naxi village! The flowers, trees, bridges and flowing water make you feel relaxed and happy! You can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and the Dali Ancient Town anytime and anywhere, which is very comfortable! You can go to the small Naxi village as soon as you walk out of the hotel. There are many popular shops to visit! We participated in the 3.5-kilometer light hike under the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which was very good! Our housekeeper Miaomiao is very good, and I especially thank her. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic! I will stay here again next time I go to Lijiang!

My parents were well taken care of when they were traveling. The housekeeper service was warm, thoughtful and considerate. The hotel provided free oxygen, rich folk activities, and delicious meals (breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, supper). It is really suitable for the elderly to relax and vacation.

I brought my parents here. The environment is very good. The housekeeper Liqi is very thoughtful and provided us with a room upgrade. The hotel's activities are also very good. Hiking, tie-dyeing, bonfire party, and tea brewing around the stove are very rich. The food is also delicious

When traveling with children, the main thing is to relax. This hotel is very suitable. Learning Naxi culture and participating in the hotel's tie-dye activities are very meaningful. The hotel is super beautiful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel, which is worry-free and affordable. It is also very convenient to go to Longnu Lake and Yuzhu Qingtian Scenic Area, which is within walking distance. The housekeeper Liqi is enthusiastic and responsible, give her a thumbs up!

The room I stayed in was a duplex with a very beautiful view. It had a double terrace, and I could see the golden mountain in the sun without going out. On the other side was the beautiful view of the hotel. The room was clean and sanitary, and the view from the washroom was simply amazing. The service of the housekeeper Pan Pan was excellent, and he responded promptly and was really considerate. It was a very satisfactory stay and I will come again next time.

It was a paradise on earth in the mountain village. It was great to look up at the snow-capped mountains on the terrace every day. We stayed for a long time. The Naxi sisters in the yard were always kind and friendly, and the gardener would also teach the children about tree planting. The housekeeper Joe said that the best season is September. I hope we can have a chance to go there in autumn when the children grow up. The hotel dishes are not as many as those in Lijiang City. We tried them all and they tasted authentic. You must try the yak hot pot. Goodbye Joe, the child said to ask the gardener to take good care of the apple trees, and he would go to pick apples;)
