Cozy hotel located outside of Lijiang Old Town (near Water Wheel) 10 min. by foot. Room was clean and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff really excelled and went out of their way to make our stay memorable: providing restaurant and attractions recommendations, help w bookings, airport drop-off, and complimentary fruit and oxygen cans for our trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

We returned to Fanchenli after going to Tiger Leaping Gorge for a night, it felt like we were going back home with Ah Liu and Ah Bin greeting us the moment we entered. The familiar faces and warm greetings eased our strained knees after the treacherous hikes. We used the washing machine and the sunny weather dried out clothes in a jiffy. I would again highly highly recommend anyone to Fanchenli if you’re looking for a comfortable and heart warming stay!

Easily tops the best stay for my 9D Yunnan trip! My elderly parents enjoyed themselves thoroughly - good location, total convenience as there’s restaurants and convenience stores, and most importantly you can have the car drive up to the door step. It’s located just opposite Lijiang Old Town. Really clean, comfortable and service is excellent too! Everyone is so friendly and caring! 👍👍👍 Thank you so much!

Very beautiful guesthouse! Room looks really pretty. Host was friendly and very kind to pre-packed breakfast for us the night before as we were checking out very early the next day. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is very modern. The hosts treat you like family and are always ready to help with any questions you have. Their recommendations for food/coffee/drinks and tours were top notch! Truly enjoyed my stay there and looking forward to return. Don’t worry if you have a communication barrier as google translate will solve everything. They even routed me to another family member that speaks English to ensure that there was no confusion. Couldn’t ask for more!

Super good amenities and great service every time we go back to the hotel

We were very impressed with this centrally located hotel, very warm welcome from the helpful hosts, beautifully furnished, clean and modern rooms and bathrooms, well prepared breakfast and there was even an extra tea ceremony for us. First stop in Lijiang. Very satisfied. First of all, the B&B is in a roadside house next to the ancient city. It is quiet and warm. We drove to the door and there was a parking space at the door, which was very convenient. The boss and staff were very warm and kind. They drank tea in the yard before checking in and reminded us of the itinerary precautions. Thanks to the boss for saving a lot of unnecessary misunderstandings. We also ate freshly baked flower cakes^ - ^ The boss lady was very good and upgraded us to a better family room. Bringing parents to appreciate the quiet and Mousse mattresses, the whole family felt that they slept very comfortably. The seats at the door are also powered, and I really didn’t waste my overtime. It was also comfortable to work overtime while looking at the stars. A breakfast of coarse grains, fruits, rice noodles, and porridge is just the right nutritional balance. This is the B&B I have stayed in so far. The details are great. I recommend everyone to come to Lijiang.

Rose cakes, fruits and tea are given as soon as you enter the door. The service guys are very handsome and are eager to answer various travel questions. The recommended restaurant is cheap and delicious. It is quiet to sleep opposite the ancient city and has convenient parking.
