設施：較好，訂的民宿房，裝修新，設施全，但早晚用水高峯，熱水不穩定，熱度不夠，秋冬洗澡不方便。
服務：差，服務生沒有幫忙搬送行禮的概念，從進酒店大門，再到穿過石頭路進民宿區，最後到民宿上三樓，全程看着我提着行禮箱不搭手。好多個年輕的男女服務生問酒店和古城一些情況都不清楚，説是剛來實習的，不清楚。
早餐，差，菜品少，而且口味差，服務生收桌子不及時，酒店同時經營菌湯火鍋，規模還不小，但從早餐的口味看，火鍋這些估計好不到哪去。
整體上，房間上價位偏貴，硬件設施還能匹配，但服務等軟件上跟不上，性價比不高。

酒店就在麗江古城旁，出行很方便。房間較大，乾淨，設施也齊全，提供的飲用水充足，入住時送了鮮花餅酸奶小零食，客房服務也挺好的，入住時也會有專人帶去房間，幫忙提行李，介紹周圍的吃喝玩樂，可見服務還是非常到位的。還是比較推薦該酒店的。
