The hotel lady contacted us about a week in advance to update us on weather conditions and clothing, which was very considerate. The hotel is located in the ancient city. It is a large courtyard building with a beautiful independent gate. You don't have to worry about your luggage because the staff of the ancient city shuttle bus will pick you up. At night, you can walk out of the room and stroll to every corner of the ancient city, and then walk home slowly. The hotel lady will provide any kind of help and will also send some small desserts.

The beautiful store manager Julia was very enthusiastic. She stored our luggage, made coffee and tea, and helped my mother heat up Chinese medicine (several female employees were also very enthusiastic and thoughtful). We had exquisite afternoon tea every day; we received ginger tea after the snow mountain trip; she also recommended many delicious and fun places to us, and recommended a very reliable store if we wanted to experience making tile cats. The courtyard is small and exquisite, the landscape potted plants are very pleasing to the eye, and there are many calligraphy and painting elements. The upgraded duplex room type (bed above and bathroom below, tatami) of the king-size bed room is very distinctive, the bedding and bathtub are very good, but the bathroom is downstairs, which is a little inconvenient for washing and getting up at night, and the air conditioner is a bit loud.

Great hotel. Very well located and very well equipped. The strong point of this hotel is its staff who are extremely kind. Thanks to Julia for all her good advice. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a gem.
