Pleasant stay and the hospitality is superb ❤️ They also provides breakfast and teatime as well that would allow us to enjoy it with nice view from the balcony. Too bad the weather wasnt good for that few days of stay, but overall good experience and the staff was really friendly ❤️ will definitely recommenda to whoeever that are coming to lijiang.

This place is situated in a good location. It may seem hidden in a quiet area (behind local shops and restaurants), but it is within walking distance to Lijiang ancient town. It is also within walking distance to a beautiful park where you can see the snowy mountain in the background and beautiful garden. People are dancing, exercising, chilling and doing tai chi. The check in was easy and receptionist were friendly. They carried our suitcases up to our bedroom. The room we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. It was very clean, the bathroom was clean with very good water pressure and hot water. They laundry soap in the bath so you can handwashing your clothing items or you could just use their self service laundry facilities on the 5th floor. The beds were comfy and pillows were very comfy. This place provides activities that you could participate in if you wanted to, such as making buttered tea etc. The view on the top floor is amazing and perfect for when you’re having breakfast. The breakfast is made for you and it was delicious. 👍👍

The host is super welcoming I love them. They are helpful and friendly. Not to say the serve perfect breakfast, they also offer tea set and 酥油茶 session for us to interact with other travellers. Such a great experience.

We recently stayed at this charming family-run hotel for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel incredibly welcome and were more than willing to spend time sharing stories and insights about the local area. The breakfast each morning was a highlight – sumptuous and delicious, with a variety of options that left us feeling satisfied and ready for the day. In the evenings, the owners introduced us to traditional ******* drinks, adding a unique and cultural touch to our stay. Overall, the warm hospitality and personal touches made our stay exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and enriching experience.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful view at the roof top. Afternoon tea is very good and warm welcoming. The best here are all staffs with their super good service minded and help you the best they can. We booked private package tour to snow mountain through the hotel and also they organized car with driver for us to go Shangrila and Dali. I'm appreciated with all their help and service and will come back again next time. Thank you so much.

Room is very spacious and the people are very friendly. We reached earlier than 2pm and the room was ready for us to enter earlier. The AI in room is good for us to explore and we had fun.The bed is very comfy and we had good rest. This place offered the most services which include breakfast, afternoon tea and night time butter milk session. We tried the breakfast and afternoon tea and both are so nice tasty. Level 5 where we have meals has great view. They did help us to carry our luggage up to our room when we arrived as well as take them down when we depart. We enjoyed our stay here. Thanks.

Quiet space. Menu with many dishes. Clean, fully equipped. The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, near the old town. The homestay owner is extremely friendly and helped us a lot during the trip. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely come back.

The staff here are really very nice! We arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm as we were travelling in from Dali, and after checking us in, they brought us to try the Yak Butter Tea (i hope i got it correct) even though it was so late. They were also nice enough to help us carry our heavy luggages to our room, as there's no lift. While the room we booked stated "Mountain View", the room we got faced the road outside with definitely no mountain view. So we enquired and was told that all rooms had no moutain view, and had to go to the rooftop (5th floor) to experience it. Nonethless, the view at the rooftop is lovely! And there's several of the staff's pets (i'm guessing) roaming around the rooftop area :) The room itself was huge, beds were huge and comfy as well. There's a voice assistant system in the room as well called "Xiaobao". But i guess as we were foreigners and perhaps our accents were different, we could not utilise Xiaobao, which was quite hilarious but thank goodness there's still manual controls in the room. For any housekeeping requests or questions, it's through wechat which was extremely convenient and they are very responsive even in the wee hours of the morning. There's a few smaller convenience stores around the hotel, and saw some bars but sadly did not have enough time to explore. This hotel is not situated at the main road, but it's just a short 3 min walk till there as some of the bigger vehicles may not be able to enter the small lane where the hotel is at (8-9 seater is still possible). Will definitely come and stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!

Very clean and nice hotel, location is walking distance to Old Town. Hotel is super clean and they serve butter tea at night to welcome their guests, very good vibe! They also have very nice observatory view at the top floor facing directly to the JDSM!

The hotel was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, so was the afternoon tea and tbe ******* butter tea. The hotel is in a very good location, walkable distance from the old city.

We had a very pleasant stay at Nazhu for 2 nights. Even when the weather was bad , we were warmly accommodated by the homestay and friendly staff who will share with us about Lijiang’s history. The tea appreciation cannot be missed as well as we had a good time gathering with other home stay occupants sharing about each other’s experience.

It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel contacted us before our stay and arranged for free pick up from the train station. They also added us on Wechat. The staff were friendly and helpful with our requests and queries. Even if they had no answers, they tried to find out and get back to us. They also helped us find a driver to take us to sights that were further away. As there was no lift in the property, the staff helped us carry our luggage to the fourth floor. When we checked out, they did the same. When we came back with too much shopping, they happily helped us with our bags too. The dining lounge on the fifth floor had a splendid view of the mountain range. On good days, one can even catch the sunset. There is free afternoon tea each afternoon from 2pm to 5 pm. Every evening, from 8pm to 9.30pm, the owner would host a buttertea 酥油茶 gathering for all his guests. The hotel is about a 15min walk to the Ancient Lijiang City. There is an underpass halfway between the hotel and the ancient city that leads straight to the Big Water Wheel. It's a good place to shop and eat while avoiding the sun enroute to the ancient city.

The Nazhu Sky Courtyard Designer Snow Mountain View Homestay in Lijiang City is a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Lijiang. It is convenient as it’s located just a short walk from Lijiang Old Town and the homestay offers stunning views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We had breakfast and afternoon tea at the rooftop terrace and it’s delicious. The staffs and owner are very friendly and accommodating. They even carry our luggages and deliver extra bottles of water for us. Overall, this homestay has a wonderful view, great location, and outstanding hospitality, making it a highly recommended choice for the trip!
