I went for it for the price, but still some lacking things surprised me. The bed was hard, the walls in the room were mostly dirty and stained from both human use and mosquito splatters. There was rarely someone available for inquiries and the outside toilet was a big downside, since it was quite cold, especially at night. Having a kitchen to use was definitely a plus and the rooftop areas were pretty nice, although messy. I was sad to see all the animal they have spend the whole day caged or chained 😔

Bathroom was about broken. But the hostel is near to the main attraction. Also the grandma was so kind with a smile on her face all the time

The owner is super friendly even though there’s a language barrier. I stayed in the 10 bed dorm, which was good. As the weather was cold and rainy, i found it a bit hard to warm up in this hostel. The main common area is outside and there’s only a small room where the cats and the dogs live. I’m not 100% sure if you are supposed to stay there. The dorm was also pretty cold, but considering the price there’s nothing to complain about :)

It just stank so much like old car piss, and garbage was lying around everywhere... The owner was very friendly though!
