Opposite is the Lion Mountain Night Market (a variety of famous local snacks). Our Lijiang is a famous tourist city in China. Our hotel receives tourists from all over the country and abroad. The windows of the hotel are all double-layer broken bridges, with a thickness of 1.8, soundproof and heat-insulating glass. I can say responsibly that only our family uses such windows on this street, and the sound insulation is particularly good. The music next to you ended at 22:40 in the evening. You could not hear the outside sound in the room with the window closed. As for your complaint, it is necessary to explain the course of events. First, you checked in at 19:00 and entered the room. It took you three hours to call the front desk to complain. In your photo, there were so many hairs on the bed, which you could see at first glance, but you did not inform the front desk immediately. Moreover, each hotel is equipped with room cleaning, and adheres to the principle of changing the room for each guest and changing the room after check-out. After cleaning, the room manager needs to check the room, so I have reason to suspect that you acted maliciously. Second, we apologized to you in time and upgraded you to a higher-level room for free without charging the single-night room fee. It is inconvenient for you to take care of the elderly, so you don’t have to change. When the elderly came down to ask, there was indeed no room. The family room on the third floor was cancelled by other guests and then you were changed to the third floor. The rooms were very tight. When you went to the front desk to change the room card, we told you very clearly that the other rooms were booked by other guests, so we couldn’t change them. We changed them for you the next day, and you agreed. When you went up, you saw that the other rooms were empty, so you felt that we didn’t change them for you. We tried our best to change them for you. There was nothing we could do if we couldn’t change them. The rooms were all booked by other guests. Either the room door was open or no one was staying. Some guests had already checked in (the room card had been given to the guests) and went out to play first, and came back in the evening. So we can't change your room.
