客棧位於木府旁大街上，位置好出行方便，靠近四方街及忠義市場，老闆娘熱情好客，服務周到，唯一有不足的地方是房間環境衞生有待提高，希望老闆更注重房間衞浴整潔度，提升旅客居住舒適感。

必須表揚一下這個客棧！因為這個客棧很便宜，本來我打算住一晚得了，去完玉龍雪山換一個貴一點的客棧！沒想到一看到麗江源客棧，就非常喜歡！就在木府旁邊，很安靜，中間庭院非常有意境，這個太超值了，馬上又續定了兩晚！老闆娘我們東北姐姐，人非常熱心，我懷疑給差評的住客得多事媽才能投訴這個老闆娘！下次來麗江會還住麗江源！美中不足就是趕上了雨季，真的天天下雨有點鬧心😼

On the day of check-in, I contacted the boss's wife and said that a trolley can be sent out, but the guests have to push it themselves! ! ! The attitude is indifferent! So we pushed the luggage to the hotel by ourselves. When leaving the hotel, I asked if a trolley could be provided to send it out of the ancient city gate. The boss's wife said indifferently, "The employees don't have time to push it back now. You can solve it yourself. Otherwise, I will give you a phone call to provide a trolley. The cost is 30 yuan and you have to pay it yourself." Saying this is simply refreshing! 😡😡😡😡) We said that we could borrow the hotel trolley to push the luggage out and send it back in person, but we were rejected! ! ! ! The lady boss still strongly recommended other carts that were charged. After we disagreed, she reluctantly lent us a cart and let us push it out and return it (she also said "don't just leave the cart outside and go away" totally disrespectful to guests!!! After we went out, we actually saw the boss's employees also came out to pick up new guests, so they just used the cart we pushed out to pick up the new guests' luggage, which was really shocking!!! So they can only pick up guests, and they don't care about your life or death when you leave the hotel, and their attitude completely changed. The hotel didn't take the guests into consideration at all, and charged 30 yuan, which is really too much!!! It has always been the practice for other hotels in Lijiang Ancient Town to use carts for free pick-up and drop-off. Many hotels will even arrange pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station for guests who stay for two or three consecutive days! ! A cart makes guests who spend nearly 2,500 yuan for three consecutive nights feel chilled. Please be cautious when checking in if you have a lot of luggage. When you leave the hotel, you don’t care who you are. Anyway, you are all travelers and passers-by. There is no need for repeat customers. This kind of business can’t last long! ! ! !
