One of the best value for money of our trip in China. The place is very affordable and quite comfortable. For such a low price, you have to accept some downsides: you can feel the room is not new, the water is not always hot in the shower, there is some noise in the market down the windows... But despite that we were very happy to stay in this hotel located just next to the old town for such a low price!

The wifi speed is disappointing. Close to Goseong. Close to the bus terminal. There is a bus stop nearby that goes straight to Lijiang Station.

老闆人非常好，説衹要有空房間，隨便挑選，看中哪個直接提着行李進去就可以。老闆是阿姨，白天有個男孩看店，人也超級好，不多言多語，行李提不動立馬幫忙，而且非常有禮貌。房間非常寬敞，比那種幾百塊的酒店房間小小的那種強百倍，每個房間裏都有蠻高的電視櫃，行李箱剛好放在上麪攤開不需要放在地上彎腰拿取東西，這家客棧深得我心，因為我是從麗江去大理的路線玩的，在大理遇見很多要去麗江的，我逢人就推薦鑫利來客棧，簡直是上上選。衞生條件和價格成正比，白天都忙着遊玩，衹是晚上休息的地方，對衞生要求極高的不要傷害鑫利來，請你另謀它處，我認為非常經濟實惠，不能過高要求。鑫利來很大，前後兩個樓，喜歡安靜的，選前樓靠裏和後樓，喜歡採光好的選前樓靠街道，可能有點吵。鑫利來位置極佳，旁邊就是忠義批發市場，水果蔬菜自由天堂，交通也便利，距離路口不遠，而且在古城南門外面，找不到了打車回來都划算，古城裡麪彎彎繞繞拖行李你會懷疑人生，聽人勸，吃飽飯！不要選住古城裡麪！吃不慣雲南餐食的，鑫利來路口對面就是肯德基，這地理位置簡直是太完美，都來選鑫利來吧，強推，強推！（本人沒有隨手拍的習慣，抱歉不能附圖，客棧宣傳圖片非常貼合實際，沒有虛假照騙，大家放心參考，本人絕對不是託，僅僅是個初次來雲南遊玩的過客，希望大家都能玩的開心）

房間設施簡單，性價比高。

優點：離忠義市場很近，晚上可以逛古城，早上坐101專線去玉龍雪山很方便；缺點：酒店有點舊，條件一般，設施老舊。老闆人很和藹，可以免費寄存行李，周邊美食很多價格也不貴。

房間設施齊全，寬大，衞生不錯，出行方便。

離古城很近很方便，走路很快就到了，周邊吃飯購物也方便，有熱水，但環境衞生和設施還有待提升，床單有油漬且有一個插座容易充不上電

經濟實惠，好吃不貴

衞生一般般，還過得去吧。用品還齊全，毛巾浴巾拖鞋都有。設施很老舊，應該是殘破。電視機沒電，馬桶水箱沒蓋，壁燈架是壞的，簡直慘烈。不過45塊錢能住單間還有私人衞浴，我都不忍心打差評，還行吧。

房間是標準的新房間。也很方便去古城。老闆為人和善。

交通方便 離古城挺近的，不要選上樓靠街道的，巨吵，但是房間花灑是壞的，大的花灑頭都掉地上了，衞生間門很難關，聲音大，毛巾有一塊超級薄，透光，浴巾通洞，床單不知道是沒洗乾淨還是怎麼，有點發黑

房間很大，乾淨衞生，經濟實惠，離車站近，交通便利。

便宜是便宜但是有些床單被套好像沒有換。搞得一晚上的睡不着。
