Wonderful views and lovely cars. F1 fan so I enjoyed the circuit and the easy access to the museum. Other than that, there’s nothing else near this location but these few attractions, which makes this place a little boring. But other than that, loved the hotel.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. One particular staff member made sure my dietary needs were fully catered for at the restaurant, which I greatly appreciated. The room was a delight, offering a comfortable space with a wonderful view of the iconic Silverstone Circuit. The location is perfect, especially for motorsport enthusiasts, and parking was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, stunning views, and overall convenience.

Very good location. Staffs were kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant menu needs to be improved and assured to comply with the health and hygiene issues as we had bad experience after dine in. Apart from above issues it was good.

Went for a race weekend. Booked a room track facing with balcony and was not disappointed. The service was ok once you got the staff’s attention. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of continental or English and very nicely cooked.

It's right next to Silverstone Race Track. There's a megastore downstairs, and the goods are cheaper than those at the museum. In addition, guests who visit the museum will get discounts (the discount is temporarily available until the end of this year)

The room facilities are good, but the breakfast is not so good, there are not many choices, and the two coffee machines stopped working at almost the same time

My score is really 3.5 but I can’t give half points! Positives- the design of the rooms, the space, the shower and toilet being separate, the mirror and sink area are sooooo elite! Love the colours and fabrics and lighting! On the whole it’s a beautiful look and layout. Negative- housekeeping. Did a half job? Stayed two nights and when I came back after the first day my bin bag with rubbish was in the wardrobe area (bizarre). My towel wasn’t taken and replaced (unless they hung up an identical one where I left it?) my mug with half eaten jelly was left exactly where I left it (not replaced with a new mug). I had left a broken wristband and a crisp on my side table as I left in a rush. When I came back was exactly where I left it! The crisp! Side tables were clearly not wiped, remote wasn’t wiped. My bed was poorly made. My night clothes very poorly folded (if at all). Toilet was cleaned. Toilet was partially suspended to the wall and as a larger lady left me with anxiety it was going to come away from the wall! Wasn’t comfy! The communal areas were great. Drinks at the bar was great. That being said was made to clearly feel it was “bedtime” by staff moving furniture and looking at their watches! A colleague was told off for taking a hot drink (at meal time) without paying. There were no signs to indicate this. Overheard a member of staff say to a customer that the hotel looked fancy but is more like a premier inn… I’m inclined to agree.

Things did not go well from the start. Very bad signage to find the hotel. We were made aware the carpark was closed but were assured parking was available nearby, but we found you had to trudge through construction site and pull suitcases over gravel. Totally conflicting advice given as to where accessible parking was. Luggage storage was fine while we waited but no porters to help with unwieldy trolly to get to room on third floor. The accessible room we requested was at the very far end of a long corridor and did not have enough facilities to suit the needs of our disabled family member also none of hotel doors opened automatically. Reception was very slow with a long wait. Box bar restaurant was a disaster from start to finish for both dinner and breakfast, there is no cohesion between staff, one of the meals was awful, we were told we had only booked and paid for 2 breakfast and had to provide proof of the three, ( their list was wrong) but this was all addressed with a reduction in the bill. Our track view balcony room was the most disappointing thing. It was tiny , almost claustrophobic, it had very small separate toilet and shower in tiny cubicles with barely any room to move and absolutely no privacy. A bizarre metal cage for a wardrobe which created a sort of chicane which I walked into in the dark. It was in no way worth the hefty price. However the bed was very comfortable and the view of the track was outstanding. This hotel is clearly designed for single travellers , most probably on business to do with Silverstone. In our opinion is is not suitable for families or even couples for a special get away. The prices are very high simply due to the location but the rooms are on par with budget hotel. We have stayed in a lot of Hilton hotels and sadly this is bottom of the list.

We had originally booked into the new escapade residences but this was cancelled and so our 2 night stay was moved to the Hilton inn gardens. The hotel is a nightmare to access as the entrance and car park is unfinished. The staff are mostly very polite but I found the hotel to be overall quite dirty with food trays laying around in corridors and communal areas. The room itself is comfortable but a strange layout, there is very little privacy as there is no separate bathroom, just cubicles. The breakfast was tasty but limited and I ordered a soft drink from the bar one evening and it made me projectile vomit after tasting a bit funny! The on-site shop is great and the location is also great. The view was disappointing from the stained sofa too.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone, and unfortunately, it was far from the experience I was hoping for, especially considering the price. I paid an additional £20 for an upgrade, which was not honoured, leaving me feeling quite frustrated. When I specifically requested a king-sized bed, I was given a twin room instead. The attitude of the staff was quite disappointing – it felt like “no” was the default response to any request. For £300 a night, I expected much better service. The room itself was basic, with no minibar available, which was another letdown. The on-site restaurant was another low point of the stay. The menu was extremely limited, and when I finally settled on a hamburger, it turned out to be one of the worst I’ve ever had. The burger was burnt, and the only reason I ate it was because I was starving. This isn’t my first poor experience with Hilton, but it may very well be my last. For the price, I expected far more, and I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially considering the alternatives available in the area.

Perfect hotel stay for fans of F1. My boyfriend & I booked a night at the Hilton Garden Inn for the Wednesday night, to precede our visit to the Silverstone Museum on the Thursday. We had booked an inside King Room but I asked about the possibility of a room upgrade when we checked-in and we were so lucky that there was a trackside King Room available for an extra fee (which was very reasonably priced). It was so worth it to us, especially as F1 was how we met in the first place! The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was also very clean, had a comfortable bed/pillows and the toiletries were really nice. We had dinner at the Box Restaurant in the hotel and while I thought I had booked a table, it wasn't on the system but Sam was absolutely brilliant and found us a table anyway. Thank you Sam! The food was yummy but I'd say the portion sizes are perhaps a bit smaller than we expected for the price. I think you accept paying a little extra for the convenience of eating in the hotel though. Drinks were reasonably priced and the bar area was nice. Our waitress, Matilda, was lovely and very hospitable - it was great to have a chat with her about her time working at the hotel! We also had breakfast at the hotel. Again, I think it was slightly overpriced for what was available (I think it came to £25 for the two of us). It would've been great to have a wider range of yoghurts and fruit available, as well different breads/rolls and juices. The bacon was also quite undercooked, which was a shame. The chocolate muffins were great, as were the pastries, but again a wider range would've been good. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Silverstone on a non-race day.
