Pesimo servicio al cliente. No tienen codigo de buenas practicas. No tienen servicio al cliente que ayuda 24/7 La política general de cancelación y no presentación del Hotel hacienda lima norte no esta disponible en su Plataforma ni en las páginas de información del Proveedor. Durante el procedimiento de reserva no mandan confirmacion por el correo electrónico. Simplemente una estafa. Terrible customer service. They do not have a code of good practice. They do not have customer service that helps 24/7. The general cancellation and no-show policy of the Hacienda Lima Norte Hotel is not available on its Platform or on the Provider's information pages. During the reservation procedure they do not send confirmation by email. Simply a scam.
