very good position and excellent services

Stayed one night in Lima. Very considerate to allow late check-out. I couldn't get a taxi to the airport at night and the staff was very considerate to help me get a taxi.

Except for the strong smell of room cleaning agent, everything else is ok

Be prepared to haul our your luggage up the stairs. They dont have a bell boy during the night. I wouldnt pay full price for this hotel, but it was good for the rate I got. Clean, excellent bed. Hot water with good pressure.

Good, came very late at midnight, good breakfast, was given late check out 1 hour free which was appreciated when I requested, was unable to use pool to tires, but saw un info that it was out of order, not very good to advertirse them, but not say that Is was in renovation, altough I was unable to verify that to tired, to do anything but test.

only complaint .No hot water upon checking in and not enough continous water pressure in shower. They fixed the hot water issue after the complaint but the pressure still the same . No handrails in shower.

Had a lovely stay, the doorman was also so welcoming! Just overall the staff were super friendly and helpful! Rooms were nice and clean! Highly recommend!

Very clean, smell good hotel, safe inside, outside and around the hotel. Excellent service, great free breakfast. Few minutes walk to businesses. Such a beautiful hotel, i will stay again next time, and i will recommend to family and friends.

I have stayed a few hotels in San Isidro Lima, this hotel is not worth for the amount you pay to stay.
