The staff were very helpful. The rooms was spacious and clean. The bed was a king size. The rooms had good aircon. The breakfast was a bit limited in choice but they do eat jelly and set custard for breakfast and you have to accept that the cater for everyone. We came during high humidity so the rooms had a damp smell that soon went once we turned on the aircon. 3 star so not bad.

Pésimo servicio, la habitación doble que nos dieron, la ventana estaba mal colocada por lo que penetraba todo el aire. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y nos dieron una respuesta fuera de lugar, indicando que así es el clima en Lima y que no podían cambiarnos de habitación, porque simplemente no tenían otra doble; ni siquiera vieron la posibilidad de colocarnos en una matrimonial. Solo atinaron a darme una frazada ya que se habían olvidado de colocarla en una de las camas. La actitud de las señoritas recepcionistas es pésima, no hubo ni una intensión de arreglar el tema. Tuvimos que comprar una masking tape para sellar la ventana. No colocaron ni un piso de baño o toalla, toda el agua de la ducha caía al piso, lo que provoco que nos resbalemos. El hotel por dentro no refleja nada de lo que se ven en las fotos. Encima al salir del cuarto para nuestro check out, se cayó un cuadro que estaba en mi cabecera...quizas si hubiera sido antes de mi salida, y si hubiera reclamado, me hubieran dicho que así es el clima en Lima. No lo recomiendo, ni siquiera por el costo ni la ubicación. Deberían invertir más en su infraestructura y capacitar a su personal.
