I really liked the hotel and staff for my visit this year. Yes minor faults in the room, but this is a 3-star hotel, so did not expect a flawless experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful, I was mainly there for warmer weather and ankle rehab via the pool onsite, which I might add was great. The O'Brian bar staff are busy at times and that can delay service, but it's not meant to be busy like a UK pub. The room was acceptable with a balcony view of a new build called the Trilogy, so although they started work at 6.30 am the double-glazed door kept a vast amount of the noise out. The best balcony experience would be poolside as this captures the sun for most of the day, and 1st floor has an extended balcony with a table and a sun umbrella. The reception also has a supply of towels for the pool, so you do not have to take the towels out of your room. Checking in and out was great, and they have a spare area for luggage to be kept after checking out so you can still explore the area before your taxi arrives back at the airport. I shall look forward to returning to this hotel, based on the service and the prices.

We stayed here recently. This is quite a stunning hotel very near to beach & harbour. Splendid location & the hotel is modern whilst still retaining its historical charm. The rooms as beautifully furnished & luckily enough we had a rear side room that was away from a late night club oposite. We had one super interaction with Aggis who served our breakfast on 2 of our days. He was polite, friendly & efficient although on his own with quite a few tables to cover. So thank you Aggis for your kindness. However 2 things that disappointed & unfortunately stops me marking 5/5 Our room had a toilet beyond the shower cubical & you needed to transit the shower area to get to the toilet. Now if someone has had a shower you need to transit a wet area to get to the toilet. Also the screen for the toilet / shower area did not go up to the ceiling so very limited privacy. Not good in my eyes. We were on a b/b package & was told that we could order anything from the menu that had individually priced items for those either on a room only basis or non residents. My wife ordered a second Americano that the receptionist who was doubling as a server deemed we should pay €4 Euros for. My point is is that l could of had anything from the menu & not paid more but have 2 coffees & the hotel wants to squeeze another €4 from you. We paid about €450 for our stay so felt it was penny pinching I paid but was not happy

Perfect spot to stay if you intend to explore Limassol. My Husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with the intention of exploring Limassol city. The hotel is located in the heart of Limassol, in close proximity of the old town, harbour and the beaches. The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy and had good vanity products along with good quality hair shampoo/conditioner products. The bed and pillows were comfy and the layout of the room, with sofa bed, balcony and cooking provisions was perfect. The hotel had a small pool on the top floor, which we would have used but didn’t have the opportunity to. The Reception staff, apologies that I don’t have names except Tony! All staff that we encountered were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. They sourced excursions for us and gave excellent advice of areas to visit in Limassol and made recommendations of restaurants and reservations. Excellent choices, resulting in us visiting one restaurant twice. If you intend to visit Limassol for a short city break, don’t hesitate and stay here. The area is safe and if you need and additional amenities, the hotel staff will be more than delighted to help.

The only negative was a bad experience my wife had at the hotel's Hair salon: very bad treatment from the salon guy! Unacceptable!

The woman at check out wasn't particularly friendly. The bathroom was very very old. Otherwise you have to say the hotel showed itself from a good side. The beds were modern and the fridge worked very well! Outside area and breakfast room seemed very modern.
The hotel also had air conditioning. According to the booking information, there shouldn't be air conditioning.

Absolutely fantastic hotel can not fault this hotel at all. Absolutely fantastic staff who are so friendly and accomodating. The service was absolutely brilliant as staff brought out drinks to you rather than you go to the bar. The food was awesome, everyday different food not repetitive. Staff in dining & breakfast bar were allways smiling and could not do enough for you. Check in was one of quickest I have known. Beach was only literally 2 minutes away which was lovley. Entertainment team were amazing , Jed , MY & whole team. Jed was so friendly & allways had time to speak to you no matter how busy he was. All the Tui blue Entertainment team were amazing & even got me to do activities which I never participate. Hotel was faultless & beds were most comfortable I slept in . Can't recommend this hotel enough & thsnk you all for making it a fantastic holiday

Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm.
The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing.
The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed.
The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours.
We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.

GGuest UserIt was our first time at Parklane and it was amazing! We were celebrating our son’s first birthday and Christina Tsakiridou the duty manager from the reception made our vacation perfect!! She sent us a cake and champagne and got us an upgrade for a sea view room so we can celebrate the best way! She was checking with us each day to see that nothing is missing and was so helpful and nice for us. We could feel how important it is for her that we’ll be happy and she did her best with any request! We felt like home thanks to her professional and warm service 🙏🏼 Thank you for that great experience! We’ll be back soon for sure ❤️

MmariwandersAlinea Suites is by far the best place we have ever been and stayed in Limassol ! Professional and friendly staff along with super clean , spacious and fully equipped rooms with functional kitchen , large TV , beautiful bathroom / shower and the most important thing : a super comfortable bed . The interior of the rooms and the premises is simply amazing and on the top floor you will find a small swimming pool and a lounge area . The location is incredible , in the city center - walking distance to cafes , restaurants and shops . Added plus the order in the room breakfast via the TV application (very good options and delicious ) and of course the private parking on the premises (so much needed in the city center). Highly recommended for couples , solo travelers and families ! Overall super excited that we discovered this little gem and we will definitely return back!

The room is large and new, the bed is very comfortable, and the balcony view is unbeatable;
The breakfast is very rich, the latte coffee is delicious, and the Chinese restaurant is particularly recommended. The barbecued pork and roast duck are very good, completely beyond expectations;

GGuest UserWhen we arrived we received the loveliest welcome from Steve. He showed us our room and how things worked which hasn't happened in a while with other hotels! We parked at a nearby car park and paid 15 Euros for 24 hrs but after speaking to Steve we can park for free at his own car park. So my advice is to try and find a space, go to hotel and Steve will let u in his car park. Finding a space is the hard part! The room was okay, clean , with TV etc, and a small balcony, there was a kettle with no tea or coffee which was strange. Breakfast was via Gregory's bakery next door, you order and they bring to your outside table. Overall the hotel was basic, clean, with friendly welcoming staff , very central for sightseeing and we will use again if visiting.

GGuest UserWe went with Jet2 to this hotel and returned on 10th February so quite up to date feedback. I emailed the hotel beforehand with a couple of questions and some ”preferences” and my requests were taken on board when we arrived. The hotel is in a lovely location, not too far from the beach and a promenade that goes to the new port in one direction and about 8 miles in the other. A bus stop is at the end of the road and the local bus 30 costs 1.50 Euro no matter how far you travel on the route. Buses go to Nicosia and Larnaca from a nearby bus stop 7 Euros return. We arrived quite late and after a brief wash and change of clothes we went to dinner. (7 - 9.30pm). A wide choice of fresh salads or soup to start with and then 3 choices of meat/fish, vegetables, pasta potatoes etc., all freshly cooked and delicious. Dessert was a choice of small cakes, panacota and fruit salad and fresh fruit. The food for the main courses changed each evening, but not the quality - always great. Breakfast was buffet style with continental style food, full English and lovely thick porridge - coffee, fruit juice provided. Our room was comfortable and had seating at one end, with a fairly big TV on the wall - nothing worth watching except Sky news). TVs downstairs allowed me to watch Premiership football, but some finished very late as Cyprus is 2 hours ahead of UK. Sea/pool facing balcony (211). A couple of things wrong which were sorted within 30 minutes of being pointed out. Tea/coffee facilities were available plus a fridge which was very useful. We had half board but if we couldn't make dinner we could have lunch instead. Hotel staff were great, especially Marina, the room steward and in the dining room Kostatinos and Nicholas. Other staff in the dining room were also very helpful. 3 nights a week the diners were entertained with live music and on one evening Greek style dancing too! The rooms were serviced daily with clean towels and toiletries. There is a gym, a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, but too cold to use in January/February. Lots of seating around the outside of the hotel. There is an extensive book swop which we found useful I read the reviews before I went and I was apprehensive to an extent but once there I was able to make my own mind up, as written above. I have nothing but praise for the hotel and think the moaners must work for another hotel to make the Kapetanios look bad. I wish Jet2 promoted this hotel more as it is ideal for couples and families and reasonably priced too.
