This place is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff, the views, the restaurants… I can go on and on. The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

Very good hotel, this is the best hotel I have stayed in Cyprus in 8 years, the service is indescribable, the atmosphere is great, I was upgraded to a suite, the location is excellent, there is a beach, but I recommend the 4 large swimming pools, super clean, and stylish

I went for a business trip and I loved it. The airport shuttle stops near the hotel. Very nice hotel, beautiful outdoor area.

The hotel facilities are great, and there are several restaurants to choose from. lpm restaurant is recommended

We used to be regular visitors here when it was Le Meridien. First time back since its major overhaul and rebranding and we were very impressed. Everything feels far more upmarket and the addition of LPM and Nammos to the dining options are a real improvement. Throughout, the staff were generally excellent and you could see there was a real focus on keeping guests happy. Special thanks to Napa in Lanes, all the Nammos team who were great and Velissarios in the Vithos restaurant. Also, to the mini-bar team who went above and beyond to rectify a minor problem for us. On the basis of this visit we’ll certainly return.

Choosing this hotel was a decision well-made, as it effortlessly combines prime location, cozy rooms boasting mesmerizing sea views, and top-notch service. The allure of an adults-only pool adds an extra layer of tranquility to the stay, ensuring a peaceful retreat. While the beach is pleasant, it may not rank as the absolute best in Cyprus; nonetheless, it provides a delightful setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Overall, a highly recommended destination for those seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience during their Cyprus getaway.

Such a wonderful experience!! Truly one of the best I have ever had!! The staff are super friendly and very helpful….they are approachable and will do anything to help you and support all you desire! They do all it takes to cater for your needs and will do their best to give you their all! They become like your own family since they are truly sensible and are very sympathetic…I truly hope to visit them again real soon!!

An exceptional experience even in the low travel period! They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Provided gifts each night in the room for anniversary and birthday. Room service team and reception are amazing. Also had one of the best spa treatments in the Med

Your stay was lovely but we have a couple of incidents with the hotel 1- My son cut his feet from broken glass from other residents on the breakfast floor that wasnt properly cleaned, my son had deep cuts on both his feet. 2- we asked them to send 3 of our beach bags to the room, they lost them for a good hour, and when they found them, they only found 2 out 3, and the third was was never found. They lost bag and didn’t apologize either. 3- My daughter lost her fins at the pool, and when i ask house keeping and the reception they said they dnt have it. Later i asked the pool keeper, turns out they dump all the lost and found in one place next to the pool unaccounted for. 4- we asked for an airport transportation car, a sprinter car, they got us 50 passenger bus ! Ok then they replaced it later with 2 small minivans. Overall staff was friendly but some services was not that professional.

I gave this hotel a 5-star rating during my last visit. This time around, it was a major disappointment. Check-in was as cold and uninteresting as you could imagine. Even though we had been to this hotel three times before, there was no welcome back note or anything (the reception also had no idea we had been there before). Service was a very mixed bag. Some staff at the hotel were excellent, while others were not trained at all and could barely speak English. When you spend at least 500 euros per night for a basic room, this is unacceptable. Lunch and service at the pool was poor. Dinner at Vithos for the Euro matches was of very poor quality as well. Housekeeping was not good either. We only had turndown service once during our stay, and that was on the last night. Additionally, one night the sheets had a hole in them. They also changed the policy at ParkKidz this year, and there is now a charge per kid per session. It is not a lot, but it is the principle that bothers me. In addition, the lovely Bulgari toiletries were replaced by average Byredo ones. In general, it seems the hotel is undergoing some cost-cutting exercise, and it shows.

I visited the hotel for an international conference and I was impressed by the modern equipment and services it provides on such events! Also I enjoyed a wonderful lunch buffet on both days of the conference. Special thanks to our waitress Napa for taking care of us and making our experience unforgettable!

Amazing hotel, one of the best I have been!!! The service is top level and the facilities of the hotel are perfect. The IL Theatro restaurant inside the hotel (near the main pool) is amazing, the food so special and delicious!!! The service is one of the best! Will return next year!

We stayed at parklane hotel , we went to gallery restaurant , we were welcomed by swapnil with a great smile and attitude and he took our orders , great food and ambience , the drinks were delicious, price is average , the view is gorgeous on the terrace , they are kids friendly Great experience..
