Cretan Blue Beach Hotel

Struttura posizionata nel centro di Hersonissos, affacciata sul mare con ristorante panoramico. Ha una piscina all'ultimo piano, abbastanza piccola ma molto bella, con annesso bar attivo di sera. La stanza in stile moderno, molto spaziosa e dotata di un bel balcone vista mare, pulizie effettuate ogni giorno da una signora molto gentile (non so il nome, eravamo al 5 piano). La colazione abbastanza ricca e varia, la cena un pò ripetitiva, ma molto ricca di frutta e dolci, comunque sufficientemente soddisfacente. Ringrazio anche il cameriere Ernesto che ci seguiva durante i pasti. Devo dire alla fine che è stato un bel soggiorno, e di questo ringrazio tutto il personale della struttura.

Bad experience in this hotel.. I do not recommend it! The hotel does not have its own beach, the small pool on the roof is beautiful but not well maintained, I even fell on a slab that cracked under my feet! The buffet is not very varied, repetitive and not replenished. The dishes are lukewarm, the taste mediocre. In addition, be patient when ordering drinks because the waiters, even if they are very friendly, are more busy serving customers in the à la carte restaurant than taking your order. The dishes are not clean. Hotel that encourages consumption. Do not imagine being able to enjoy the rooftop in the evening without consuming, it is not allowed to sit down without ordering. Minimalist welcome, the receptionist asks you for the tourist tax upon your arrival then hands you your room card without any explanation. No permanence at the reception. No first aid kit in the hotel, no doctor, no spa or fitness (these are in the partner hotel a few meters further) Not worthy of a 4 star. Shameful to have paid such a sum to stay in this hotel. To bring a little positive, its geographical location is satisfied, the view is beautiful and the hotel is modern but still not worth it. A word of advice: move on.

We stayed at this hotel in September, there is no reception at this hotel, check in and check out takes place in the neighboring hotel, there are basically no special inconveniences. On the roof of the hotel there is a small swimming pool with sun loungers, you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the coast, the hotel has a restaurant, there are many bars, restaurants and shops nearby, a small beach nearby (paid, 2 sun loungers and an umbrella per day 9.50 €, located opposite the Veranda restaurant) We had breakfasts and dinners (buffet) at the hotel. For breakfast coffee, tea, juice, drinks are not included in dinner, you can order for an extra fee. Check out takes place at 11 o'clock, the time before the transfer to the airport can be spent on the hotel grounds, on the ground floor there is a luggage room, toilets, showers. A pleasant, quiet hotel on the seashore, we were pleased with our stay in Crete.
