A estrutura do hotel é boa mas o serviço e a manutenção dos aptos deixam muito a desejar. O valor da diária não está condizente com o serviço ofertados, comparado a outros hotéis do interior do Ceará com a mesma proposta. Faltou simpatia e informações que devem ser dadas ao hóspede, por parte da recepcionista no check-in. O Ar condicionado do apto sem manutenção, Limoeiro é uma cidade muito quente e o ar não dava conta, apenas ventilava. A reserva do apto era para casal, só tinha uma toalha de banho, tomadas não funcionavam. E pra completar tivemos uma companheira a mais no apto, barata. Lamentável. O café da manhã era bom, porém, a tapioca que foi feita na hora, sem condições de comer, era queijo misturado farinha. Não indico o hotel Murano Center.

Cheiro de esgoto do banheiro muito muito forte, cama ok, quarto ok, café simples mas bom. Acho que pra cidade deve ser bom, mas pelo cheiro de esgoto forte eu não retornaria e achei caro.

Deixa muito a desejar....
O Hotel estava lotado, música alta até altas horas da noite. O pessoal da cozinha fica até tarde, e faz muito barulho no corredor, muito cheiro de fritura no corredor. A banheira quando foi ligada estava com água podre no sistema de hidromasagem e o cheiro de podre tomou conta do quarto,(não tivemos nem coragem de tentar usar) o chuveiro era quase impossível de usar também, foi estalado tão perto da parede que estando dentro da banheira não tinha como ficar em baixo e a água caia sobre as bordas da banheira alagando completamente o banheiro. E o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar também.

Quarto razoável, porém a porta que dava acesso à sacada estava com a fechadura danificada, e não fechava. Importante se atentar a isso. Atendimento bom, e comida boa. Ponto positivo é que o restaurante é muito bom, e o hotel é bem localizado.
