Dragos in reception was helpful and nice. Room was clean Food was ok has a lot of variety. Place is amazing for family. Many swimming pools ,private beach. Free parking I will comeback again They have free shuttle to limone downtown. The view was spectacular.

It's our second time at this hotel we visited last year and loved so came back. Hotel is perfectly positioned with a spectacular view of the lake. A fair walk into limone ( 25 mins) but a shuttle bus runs every 30 mins anyway. Front of hotel reception and dining very modern. I would agree with others that rooms are dated but they are spotless and comfortable and many have a superb lake view. The cleaning and servicing of the hotel is first class, right down to the pools being cleaned by an underwater hoover late at night! We enjoyed the food. Breakfast loads of choice continental and British,along with fruits cereals and breads. Lunch time we only used twice . It's a scaled down version of the evening but plenty. Evening meals superb,we never encountered a cold meal like a previous reviewer? Loads and loads of choice lovely cooked casseroles meats and always quite a vegetarian selection. Huge salad bar . Puddings good. Fruit salad ice cream and plenty of actual puds Restaurant staff first class. You can also get hot lunch at the beach bar. Drinks available all day hot ,cold and alcohol which you serve yourself. There are some snacks available through out the day between restaurant hours but not a great deal . You are certainly not going to be hungry if you use the restaurant anyway.At all meal times you can go up and down as many times as you like, filling your plate. The two outside pools are lovely but the lake side beach is fantastic. You can get hot and cold drinks on tap up till 6 ? And good at lunch. Take beach shoes though as it is a man made beach with very sharp stones. I would highly recommend this hotel and find it hard to agree with some of the other negative reviews left here. Sadly our week this time was marred with some pretty unseasonable wet cold stormy weather,which was a shame ,but in true British fashion we made the most of it!

Hotel reception area,bar area,and restraunt,are all very modern.rest of the hotel is s shambles.rooms are so dated,its unbelievable.food quality is probably the worst we have had.and it was always cold.we had to change room to get a view of the lake(from what was supposed to be a superior balcony room).There is nothing within a 15 minute walk from the hotel,shops,or bars.no shop in the hotel.food so bad,everyone was grabbing bags snd bags of crisps from the bar area at night.lake garda is lovely.just book somewher else.and if you havent got airport transfers,be warned.taxi from here to the airport is 190 euros.taxi drivers must all be millonaires.
