This motel was rated excellent by travelers so I booked it. It was not excellent. The King room I stayed in was tiny. The coffee maker didn't work. There were only two outlets to change phone and both cords kept falling out. There were no blackout shades on the windows and the outside lights were so bright at night I couldn't sleep. The bed made the worst cracking sound as if it was falling apart. And you could hear the same noise coming from the adjacent rooms. You only get two pillows for a king bed. Thankfully I had my own. No microwave in the the unit. It definitely is convenient to all the hiking trails but so are about a dozen other motels. I won't stay again.

Very clean old school White Mountains motel and cabins right next to Pemi River. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Seating and fire pit on riverside behind hotel. Close to Lincoln and Woodstock, Franconia Notch, and Flume Gorge.

This is our favorite motor lodge! The room is clean and the location is convenient to all of our favorite hikes and restaurants. The pool offers a nice respite after a long day of hiking and is clean. The river runs directly behind the lodge. Fire pits and seating are available to cook a meal or just sit in and enjoy the sounds of the river. This is a great asset. The grounds are well maintained. The owners also own the Moon Café in town. They offer you a 10% discount on menu items. The Crescent breakfast burrito and the curry pastry are not to be missed. This is our second year returning and I know we will be back again next year. My only criticism would be that the shower head may be a little too low for tall people.

A very clean and friendly motel. We have stayed here many times over the years and we have never had an issue with our stay. We have already made plans to return to Lincoln and we will stay at Mt. Coolidge. We ate at the Moon bakery and cafe it was a great experience.

I chose this place because it was close to our dinner train ride. This is a nice place. The bed was very comfortable! Very clean, and the staff was very friendly. They have a nice pool and the river flows in the back of the motel. Very peaceful. I would definitely go there again. Can't beat the price either. Thank you Mt. Coolidge for making it affordable for us.

rooms are done nicely, mattress was fantastic. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly!! We came with a group of 30, zero complaints. I recommend this motel to anyone traveling through the white mountains or looking for a place to host a small gathering!

Dev and Archana hosted us and our friends for a motorcycle rally and the experience and their hospitality was great! They anticipated all our needs and took care of all details. The pool is always clean and warm, the rooms had been updated since our previous stay about 3 years previous. Thank you Dev and Archana!

This place is clean as a whistle and neat as a pin, much modernised by its current (newish) owners. The proprietors are friendly, cooperative, and eager to please, and prices are reasonable. The location is convenient to all the pleasures of Woodstock, Lincoln, and nearby New Hampshire vacationing.

This was my second stay in 2 years. The property is immaculate. The rooms are being renovated with big facelifts and smaller ones. Check in was easy, pool was perfect, location is the best. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The price is unbeatable.
