Very friendly hosts, great experience, travelled from Glasgow to Lincoln for an interview, realised on the way that I had forgotten my toothbrush and messaged to ask if there was a toothbrush on offer, happy to get a positive answer. The room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was excellent, I was given homemade cookies on the way out.

We had a lovely stay at Creston Villa for one night. Iain and Anne were very friendly and welcoming. Anne made her own Chocolate Brownies and Oat Cookies that we got to enjoy. We were afforded the freedom of their guest lounge throughout our stay to make our own tea and coffee and although we also had the facilities in our room, it was more convenient and homely this way. Iain was also kind enough to point out we could just leave any washing up for Anne to do! Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated with a nice en-suite bathroom. We both agreed that if we visit Lincolnshire again in the future we'll be sure to check the availability of Creston Villa first.

Lovely and clean accommodation only stayed 1 night as we went to a concert. 15 min walk in to town. Owners lovely and made us feel very welcome. Nice to have a variety of breakfast options which were all very nice. Iain makes a good cuppa and Anna makes great oatmeal cookies . Would certainly stay again.

Only stayed for one night but possibly the best B&B we've ever stayed in. Anna and Iain are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble, they want you to feel just like you're at home. Except I wish my home was anything like as nice as theirs, hah hah! The decor of the whole of the house is so wonderful, we just kept walking round and marvelling at it. And it goes without saying that the bed was super comfortable with every facility you'd require. If I'm visiting Lincoln again, I will definitely be looking to stay at Creston Villa.

A really fantastic place to stay. Anna and Iain are very welcoming and friendly from check in to check out. The decor is unusual and interesting which really adds to the experience of being away from home. Something unique and quirky which you don't experience very often. If ever in Lincoln again this will be first choice for accommodation.

Contintal breakfast was the best I've ever had plenty to everything to eat and drink. Anna and Ian were brilliant hosts nothing too much trouble. Rooms were spotless bed very comfortable nice selection of teas and coffee in the room. Loved the fridge with alcohol in 🍷🍺 thanks for a lovely stay

Comfortable room and bed. Anna and Iain are really friendly hosts. They provide an exceptionally good breakfast including fresh fruit, cold meat and cheese platter and home made jams and marmalades. You can have five courses if you want to!

Me and my cousin came here for a girly weekend, beautiful little guest house with lots of character! Making our stay very memorable. Walking distance into Lincoln town, rooms at beautifully done and very comfortable. Continental breakfast and they even catered for my gluten free diet which was lovely! And Iain and Anna are lovely hosts!
