I reserved 2 nights here because I was staying with my kids and I specifically wanted a hotel with a pool indoors. When I got there I was told that the pool needed maintence because there was an incident that had happened. I wasn’t able to take advantage of the one thing my boys were excited about while I was there. When I asked for a later check out so that I can finally take the boys to the pool I was denied this simple request. Paid for full service and did not get everything I was promised when booking room.

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Gisselle! Working the front desk alone on a Saturday Night when apparently the manager went home at 6pm. We had a mixed experience, good over-all, but the lack of working services was surprising, no Ice, no heat for the pool, and the hot-tub was unavailable. The most trying was attempting to use the laundry, not only were the soap and dryer sheets expensive, the manager had not left access for the front desk workers to quarters from the safe, so I had to go down the street to get change. I am amazed that there is not a change machine to go with the coin operated machines.

Trash was not emptied, towels werent replaced and front desk clerk was rude. Coffee machine did not work. I was not happy with the service.

Great stay for our family. Only downside was when we got down to the free breakfast, all the food was out except cold cereal. Otherwise, very positive experience.

This is a full review on your staff - Gisselle at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She should be getting a bonus or raise or promotion real soon. And she most definitely shouldn’t be working a Saturday night all by herself checking people in and providing support to all of the guests on a busy summer weekend. She was kind, intentional, apologized for the wait (even though it’s not her fault y’all understaffed her). She made us feel cared for even though there was lots of tasks she was multitasking. Gisselle should own this hotel. She’s a boss.

They stole my credit card information and I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to figure out who stole my identity. I never would have imagined it would be from the hotel I booked, but my bank verified this, and I will be taking legal action. Do not give them your credit card information or you won't make it home.
