The hotel is very good, we set the day is mid-week, almost half cheaper than the weekend. All rooms in the hotel are sea view, there are outdoor tables and chairs on the first floor, but there is a glass fence on the beach, and you can walk to a nearby road. The indoor gym is also a great experience to see the beach and the sea directly. The beach or the sea can be seen directly from the guest room or balcony. The seabirds fly in front of them, and the sunset glows into the morning glow and the evening glow is directly spread out in front of us. The hotel offers free snacks in the lobby twice a day, creamy seafood soup at 5pm, soft cookies at 8pm, and lots of people to eat. This hotel is a bit worried about hardware and software because it is not a hotel chain. After checking in, it was found that this is the most cost-effective hotel for our trip. The decoration is tasteful, the service is good, and the view is excellent.

I really like this hotel. The environment is great. It is surrounded by ancient trees and is very close to the seaside. The design of the upstairs and downstairs is convenient and warm. The facilities are complete, especially the kitchen is very convenient for cooking.

I had a fabulous stay at this sustainable hotel that incorporates nature into every aspect of the property. I loved using the sauna & pool, the mini market, restaurants & lounging areas in the main building. I enjoyed having coffee on my balcony that overlooked the golf course. My one small complaint was there was some road noise & I hope they put up sound barriers at some point (I could only hear it outside from my balcony which was one of the far buildings, so I'm sure others may not experience this).

Siletz Bay is the place to be in Lincoln City! The hotel has the best of both worlds the bay and the ocean which I included a photo of. I would recommend you book directly through the hotel with Melissa so you get exactly what you want. I enjoyed eating breakfast everymorning with the most beautiful view!

The staff here, particularly, Lena, Anita & Lucy, made our stay 'stand-out' from other hotel stays this past year. They kept the dining room very clean, gave us tips on where to dine, and very helpful in explaining hotel amenities, etc. They were very knowledgeable and courteous to us. They even upgraded us to a bit better room, when we arrived.

We booked this hotel at the last minute. Check in was smooth, and the front desk staff helpful. But. Our first problem was that the cleaning staff never made it to the bathroom, so someone else's towels were wadded up next to the toilet. I went downstairs and got two new towels. Then, I noticed that the public areas were quite dirty; the elevator had a drool on the panel that looked like a kid had blown his nose there. The drool was still there when we checked out two days later. The elevator door track was dirty. The carpeting in the hallways badly needed shampooing. Then the one elevator in the building died, and stayed dead for almost 24 hours. According to an anonymous source (who works there) it was due to debris falling on the elevator door closing mechanism because the vents at the top of the shaft weren't being periodically cleaned. Not Dover's (the elevator company) fault. It appeared to me that the hotel was cutting corners by not hiring enough maintenance and cleaning people and/or not paying enough to retain them. Of course there was no daily tidying up of the room, emptying the trash or exchange of towels. The Covid excuse is getting old; most hotels in this price range now will at least do those minimal things. In addition to the front desk, the breakfast employees were bright spots. They worked very hard keeping the tiny breakfast area clean and the food appealing. Despite this, I doubt if we'll want to stay here again.

The hotel seems a bit old, but it is well-equipped with facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness room, and laundry room. It is located right next to the Pacific Ocean and has a great view. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are friendly.

BbyudgI read a lot of reviews and chose it. No wrong choice 👍 The hotel is great on the Pacific Coast. There is a special passage to the beach. Few people on the beach are lucky to catch up with the sunset. 👍
The room was clean and well maintained. The luggage for three people was also spread out. The hotel has a hot pool, hot water pool and sauna. There is also a stove open at a fixed time. It feels very warm in winter.
Breakfast can also be full. Things are not very rich.

The pool wasn’t open but the hot tub was, although we didn’t use it. 11am check out was helpful, compared to some hotels with an earlier checkout time.

The lounge and restaurant are absolutely convenient, even though being a bit expensive. Very nice room and amenities! Needs some upgrading, though it is minor. Will always try to book here when planning a weekend getaway or just a night!

GGuest UserIf needing an elevator make sure to call, All the rooms do not have one. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have fireplaces to make s’mores, pool and sauna and jacuzzi ( I believe did not go in). The room has a partial view because the other building sits in front of it. Tide low w saw sand and beach. Porch was small but enjoyable. Room was rather musty and worn some but very, very clean. You have access to a beautiful beach. You can have a fire in the beach there too! So even though a bit worn i believe the rest brought it to a 4. We would stay again.

GGuest UserThe view is FANTASTIC. The room is in great need of updating/blowing up and starting over. There was dog hair on the couch when we arrived, they vacuumed it off after we complained. The tub/shower was plugged up the first night, so had to get up early the next day for plumber. The sink was plugged up last day...decent kitchenette. One bed in bedroom, one bed in living room (2 TV's), and one couch pull out bed that was more comfortable to sleep on as a couch. But, there were enough sleeping places for the 5 of us, and it wasn't a bad price. We'd stay there again, but I'm sure when they're done with remodel it will be much better.

GGuest UserHello everyone who reads this. My Fiance and I stayed at the Palace Inn & Suites in Lincoln City Oregon from October 1st through October 4th. Our drive was 7.5 hrs. Reason for stay was for Surf. (bass competition). I will warn you this review is lengthy. End result in my opinion DO NOT stay there. Continuing on.... Hotel looks okay, the grounds are maintained. So we show up at the hotel, the front desk clerk was very rude, short and snippy with us. Added on another $200.00 for what he claimed to be a deposit because I paid 2/3 with a debit and the other 1/3 with cash. I had plenty of money on my debit card without the added $200.00 that was sprung on us when we arrived. Whatever the guy said we would get it back. I booked the room a month before traveling for $551.00 everything included. I have all receipts. That's a little expensive for us but we have been saving for 6 months just to go to Surf. Paid for room for 3 nights. (big hassle). It was a jacuzzi ”suite”. Lobby looked clean. Headed to the room expecting a nice clean room one would expect to get after paying $721.00 for 3 nights. Now if I would have known what I know now, I would have put a mattress in the back of the truck and slept in a random parking lot. The light above the elevator was busted as was every light on the other floors. First thing as we walk into the room(non smoking). It smelled like dog poo, old cigarette and rotten cow tongue. Its was not pleasant. First thing I noticed was under the makeup table was some trash. Took a couple steps Fiance notices that all the fire suppressors in the ceiling are hanging down. Pretty sure that's a no-no. We set our things down. He walks over to the A/C window and opens drapes. I walk over to the fireplace which looks as though its electric and natural gas. But only runs electric. Little dangerous. I then bent over and looked under the bedside table closest to window and there was trash again. So me being a housekeeper for a very prestigious company needs to see what's going on. We pull every piece of furniture away from the walls and have a look see at what I can describe as ”the room has not been cleaned in a year maybe 9 months”. There was, actually probably still is trash, food, beer caps, old rose peddles, hair ties, zipper parts, animal and human hair galore to name a few under the furniture. Couldn't move bed because I was afraid it would fall apart. But oh yes I did check between the mattresses. There was a remote, animal hair and the skirt that goes around bed, was wadded up between the mattresses. We would have never known it had a maroon skirt if the room had been cleaned. On to the fridge/microwave area. The fridge was dirty and frosted over. As was the freezer. Plus the combo had some human and pet hair and other particles inside. I proceeded by pulling out fridge from wal. The top has not been wiped down in never and there were a few fruit loops and other objects under it. Then microwave....the turn table was dirty so

It was *not* 3 in the morning, it was about 10 o'clock at night, which is not an unusual time of day to be returning to your hotel for your second night after being gone all day. 2. Second, I was *not* inebriated; in fact I had not been drinking at all. 3. You did *not* ask me to keep the noise down, because I was being quiet and respectful and not making any noise at all. 4. The beginning of your response says you are replying as ”The Owner,” but you are *not* the owner. In fact, when I asked you for the name and phone number of the owner so I could call them, you refused and told me that they wanted you to ”screen people from contacting them.” It appears that you are the one who is doing the ”screening” -- probably because you know how much trouble you will get in if they find out you have been sleeping on the job during normal working hours and your irresponsible and unhelpful behavior gets reported to them. You even acknowledge that you are not ”The Owner” at the end of your Reply when you sign off as ”FRONT DESK.” I sincerely hope the owners do eventually learn about how you are treating their guests so you can get some much-treated training on hospitality and how to treat guests in a polite and helpful manner.
