Residence Inn Lincoln South

We have stayed here a lot this year & every time we come we have been thrilled with the staff, the service & great rooms with great amenities. Elizabeth has been above & beyond helpful & so has Josh the GM. We appreciate them both so much we will stay here every time we come to Lincoln!! We love the hot tub pool & fire pit too. Highly recommend this location & love the staff!!

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. When we checked in we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The room was amazing - clean, spacious, and welcoming. Loved the location of the hotel also, tucked back off the main road in a nice area. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the South Lincoln area.

Tahneceya and staff are totally awesome. They always say hello and they all know my name. Tahneceya is exceptionally kind always has a beautiful smile and very helpful. I appreciate all the kindness and service I have been provided. I love the residence Inn the most out of all the hotels I have stayed at stay in.

The best staff hands down! The best food hands down!! A special thanks to Tahneceya for always being cheerful and ready to help!! This is the only hotel I have ever been to in Lincoln and the only hotel I will ever be at they have really gone above and beyond and I will never stay anywhere this is my fifth trip to Lincoln Nebraska in any time I come here I will definitely be back at this hotel keep up the good work and thanks a lot!

It's been a blessing this last month staying for work. The fire pit/ bbq is the perfect place to relax after a hard day's work! Thank you Ms Carry for making dinner some nights. delicious every time.

I’ve been a rewards member since 2004 and a business traveler until 2020. I’ve stayed in the best Marriott properties in Florida, Texas ( Houston, San Antonio, Dallas..) NYC, San Francisco, Vancouver, Arizona, DC, Seattle, The Caribbean and many more. Of course they were very good but it was expected mainly for 2 reasons: 1- prime location and 2- average price of $400 per night. It was (honestly) a status expectation! Sometimes a little stuffy and an intentional play at satisfying ego. Nothing wrong with that! However this Team is so good that you might end up taking them for granted. I look at the operation as a whole and think they are understatedly Amazing. Of course the amenities are important ( and they offer more than most) but the employees drive it home! From the moment you check-in at 2:30 pm thinking it’s 3:30pm and the employee makes us comfortably and tactfully wait a whole 5 minutes without the slightest guilt trip of arriving too early or having to quote the customary check-in time. The employee in charge of breakfast, whose attention to detail and level of care lets me know how much pride she has about everything she does. The ladies that clean the rooms who genuinely balance time, duty and unexpected issues while pleasing guests. The front desk employees who intently listen, guide you and solve any problem you may have. With a smile. Who does that? Every employee I crossed paths with had something nice to say. Think about this kind of acknowledgment! I do not think I met the manager but I did not need to. The Team made him shine! And this does not occur by simply showing up to work. Thank you all for making the Residence Inn one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

We were in town to take care of some family business recently. The hotel was clean, quiet and had a pretty good breakfast; just what we needed so we could focus on what we needed to do. Also appreciated Elizabeth Garcia behind the desk. She was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I travel a great deal for work and family- I am a loyal Marriott Ambassador Elite in my travels. Elizabeth Garcia at the front desk was amazing! She was very helpful at checkin and when I needed assistance extending my stay due to scheduling. Fantastic and so genuine. We will stay again on our next trip to Lincoln.

The fireplace was a welcome treat in our suite, as the weather turned cold and it snowed the night that we were there. The matresses are too firm. Breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with a nice variety of foods on offer. The young man attending the buffet, Ethan, was very polite and helpful. Kudos!
