The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They provided the extra blankets and pillows that was desperately needed. The hotel needs new pillows, beds and fold out bed mattresses. The coils were literally coming through the fold out mattress. The shower head was also spraying water so that it caused a large amount of water outside the shower. Overall the stay was fine but just needs a refresh.

Room was clean and Beth at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful! Unfortunately the pool and ice machine weren’t working. Driving with a family we were looking forward to having a pool. We were able to make some ice in our room to refresh our cooler.

The hotel was very full. I tried to call from 3-6 and didn't get an answer until 6,the q was about my handicapped husband so not about minor things. When someone answered the phone, he was efficient and pleasant. Upon arrival, one staff person was on the phone with a client who seemed to not speak English, so I waited for some time. When he finally resolved the issue, a woman budged ahead of me and asked for 'tooth brush', when he brought one, she said '4' so he had to go for more. Self-possessed people around here and inadequate staffing.

This place is a gem!! Very clean, quiet, very comfortable room, we appreciated the full kitchen. No weird stale smell in room. We are very pleased!!
