Swan Motel

im mirah the room i stayed in was ight the beds were comfy but i was too boujie to lay on it so i had to put my own sheet on the bed in oreder to sleep the air conditoner was not working my parents had to call people two times the fridge was not cold the micowave was not working ethier it was the worst do not recomend and also the toliet was clogged two times and was not working much only best time i had was with my family went there three or 4 times last one was last min the last trip i had to this hotel was horrible the frist time was good

Need to do a better job of cleaning

They need staffing that's going to give great customer service

Plenty of room. Wife loved the jetted bath. Customer Service was great

We arrived around 2am and went right to sleep. We woke up in a sweat around 6am because the AC wasn't working. I went to take a shower and the overhead shower didn't work. There was mold all over the shower curtain and an infestation of bugs in the bathroom. The hotel floor was soft and sunk in in many areas, possibly due to mold. The towels provided had what looked like shoe marks on them and black dirt streaks. We were not given a refund. I know this hotel isn't fancy. I'm not looking for a place with a free breakfast or hot tub. But, this place was unlivable. This is not a "you get what you pay for" situation. The Swan Motel is in violation of multiple health codes and is breaking the law. Of course the manager, Gabriel, did not care and would not refund us for the night when I called the next day. I had booked through *******. I advised ******* to take this listing off of their website and also called the local Health Dept/ Inspector. We spent all morning the following day looking for a place to shower since we weren't able to at the motel. We showered at the Planet Fitness and ended up finding another hotel for the following night. Overall, disgusted and upset by our experience.

Good and clean place

Big updated rooms and bathrooms are a plus. Convenient airport shuttle service is available. At first a staff member couldn't find my reservation, but the morning person was very pleasant and helpful and straightened everything out. I just wish there was a hairdryer available in the bathroom.

We have booked a non smoking room but while during checkin they provided the smoking room.
