The food was good as well as the location of the motel. Not sure though if bed bugs was causing my back to itch. But overall, it was a good stay

My stay was three nights in March. I was in room 46 which is at the very far end of the row of units. I have more 'pros' than 'cons' for this hotel. Staff is absolutely the friendliest, most helpful and pleasant than any hotel I've stayed at in Lindsay. They totally made my trip. I felt welcome and they were eager to accommodate any request. Rooms have newer lock system and the card key worked perfectly. First time ever not to have a key card work for three days without needing to be recoded. I appreciated that. The beds and pillows were just perfect. Super comfortable. It was fantastic. I appreciated that the comforters on the bed had some weight to them. I could turn the heat down for the night and still be toasty and comfortable. I requested a coffee station and the coffee was dark brew. WOW Fantastic coffee. Normally you just endure the hotel coffee until you can get somewhere for a good one. This coffee was better than McDonalds and as good as Tim Hortons dark roast. The room is dated for sure. The bathroom door was wonky and you had to lift it a bit to close it and the doorknob on that door was loose. Being in the last room at the end of the chain, it took a LOOOONG time to get good hot water. I was looking forward to a hot bath in the deep tub but that didn't happen. I will absolutely book to stay at this location again. Very convenient location for me. Easy parking right outside the door. I enjoyed my stay with family!!

The motel needs a complete renovation

Absolutely disgusting!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Staff are unbelievably rude. Dirty dirty dirty place! Stinks like cigarettes and stains all over. I left because of the filth and they refused to refund my money! You can stay at the Ramada for the same price and it’s spotless!

Running a crew. Working in town over summer. Stay here when workign in area. Prices are reasonable. Rooms are always clean. They're always updating when we come in. Staff always super nice. Especially that big guy Dave! Crew loves the bbq in park in front of rooms. Breakfast is good, but wer'e always gopne by 5 to be able to enjoy it! lol/

I don't understand the other reviews just read. Our room was super clean with no odour whatsoever. We had two small dogs that are kept in crates and the desk manager even provided a blanket to put on the couch to keep it clean, to give the dogs a break.Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, with croissants and carrot muffins, even waffles and the coffee better than other hotels have offered. The lobby was well lit and appeared to be freshly painted. This is an older hotel but you can tell the owners have spent a lot of time, money and effort to make it attractive.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel had charged my credit card without my consent. My comforter had a hole in it and gum stuck to it, the room smelt funky, and there was no heat on in the lobby, or the room

This place smells. My showerhead was gross. Generally, an unsanitary environment. Cheap shampoo. Lame breakfast with very limited food options overall. The other negative reviews are not exaggerations.
