The hotel service is very nice, the facilities are new, and the breakfast is quite good. When someone rings the doorbell, a picture of the visitor appears on the TV in the room, which provides excellent security.

I chose one of the top three high-end hotels in Linfen and stayed for two nights. On the second day, I asked for room cleaning, new towels, and toilet paper. To my surprise, they only did those two things for both rooms. The bath mat was taken but not replaced, and the coffee and mineral water were also not replenished. I've truly never encountered such a high-end hotel with such poor room cleaning service.
