首先，説明一點，房間真的很棒，乾淨整潔，其次前台服務非常好，周邊設施齊全，強烈推薦這家房間超級乾淨，前台態度非常好，説話很温柔，處理問題的速度也很快，給我印象特別深刻的是晚上投影很模糊不會用，給前台發消息，結果光速過來教我，一整個愛住了

一塌糊塗，晚上到店，在前台等了10幾分鐘都沒有人，服務員一來就問我是哪個房間的。我還沒開我哪知道我是哪個房間的呢。影院酒店的投影特別的模糊，這麼模糊你叫什麼影院酒店呢，房間有毛，吃過的燒烤簽子，淋浴間也有臟臟的東西，簡直沒辦法接受，我帶着1歲的孩子她問我要身份證，我1歲的孩子哪裡來身份證，沒有就不讓住，這是什麼道理嘛。這個酒店真的是讓我大開眼界！
